yes thats my question is...how zoyaan will end????

will this nikaah be proved invalid in front of everyone with proofs

its contract marriage which dissolves..???

i know many will say ok ok including me...even contract marriage wont be valid ..but my concern is will zoyaand ayaan will be proved later that they never got married or they will come out as divorcee after contract marriage dissolves...

this nikaah is just an illusions the same way SR happened ...and except asad and tanveer there was no one to tell that it did not happen...

asad did not remember anything and tanveer wanted to keep it as illusion to get her goals...

but the moment tannu told it was an illusion everything got cleared...and it was less complicated issue where no ritual or outsiders were allowed...ok ok i know how can be outsiders allowed during SR??😳😆but still 😆

so what might be case regarding zoyaan nikaah and its invalidity-

1-marriage is invalid because they did not give their consent consciously ...

no witness were present from both sides

details of bride were wrong...

i do not want to comment of QAZI's intelligence..😡

unless someone gets to know or think over witness and bride details things...they can not prove that its invalid...and i am sure right now no one gonna think..

2-contract marriage and then dissolving

there might be two cases-

A-they sign the invalid nikaahnama which maulvis prepared at the time of wedding and gafoor just adds contract clause in that nikaahnama...so ultimately its gets invalid...

B-they make new nikaahnama with new details and make it legit contract marriage..

my simple question is how and when they gonna prove that it was all invalid ????

will it come out after contracts gets dissolved???

or someone will find out that its all invalid so contract marriage is also meaningless??????

P.S.-is zoya gonna live in SM for enitre period of contract and treat this marriage real???

As much as I liked yesterday's episode I really hope that don't show this contract crap coz IMO it doesn't make any sense...and just the fact that people are willing to tie zoya and ayaan even just though a piece of paper is pukewirthy to me

In her seriousness though Sujata, I strongly think that there will be no valid Nikaah to begin with. Nothing that puts constraints.

Hello!! Well according to me...at this point they think they got married it was an accident but they did. From the spoiler looks like only Gaffur knows it is a contract. I doubt even Zoya knows because as far as Zoya's character is she would not agree to a contract marriage if she is even denying this so called marriage in the first place.

So IMO they won't sign the nikahnamma Asad will just convince her too and Gaffur pressure will convince Ayaan. BUT in private Gaffur will strike a deal with Ayaan for it to be a contract for Humera's sake. He has no problem "committing" to a woman and then leaving them. Didn't he do the same thing to Zainab?

But just like Raziya did not want a Gaffur-Zainab alliance same way she will not want a Ayaan Zoya alliance so she will expose this contract marriage. If Asad finds out his ladla is trying to just temporarily take responsibility and later planning on ditching Zoya he will be pissed and will not let Zoya go through that. Otherwise Zoya will become Dilshad right? So this is how this will contribute to BIG TIME bro clash! Asad may even compare Ayaan to Rashid.

The contract marriage papers will serve exactly the purpose that Billi's pregnancy reports did. Asad will realize he cannot put Zoya into this just like Zoya realized she has to save Asad. Finally, Billi's confession saved Asad same way the bride's details being wrong will come to the forefront and save Zoya and prove that the marriage was not even valid/real to begin with.

Phir bhi i have to say-Shaadi ka mazak banake rakh diya hai in logon ne!

Edit to add:

Just like Janu never got engaged same way Zoyaan will never get into a contract marriage. After AsYa have come so far and Ayaan has seen Zoya as his bhabhi they cannot show Zoyaan even pretending to be a couple that is just sick!

yesterdays episode was carrot so will be the some 2-3 episodes or max one weeks..after that it gonna drag and SM will be highlighted...and i am not sure i will like that i mean zoya aayan thing😆

i am actually confused that on what not this track gonna end???? will asad be first shauhar of zoyaor second one???😆
