If a proper Nikah Nama is signed the marriage would become valid in spite of the initial invalid Nikah so I doubt that they'd go that way.

If they'd intended that they wouldn't have made it invalid in the first place.

They are intending to make it valid. The only reason why they chose this stupid route is because there is no possibility of Zoyaan getting married for real directly and also they benefit from all this drama.

Suja you are very right. this Nikah is an illusion. This Nikah didn't happen in anyway.. the qazi was asking a Zoya Fareed if she would accept Ayaan as the husband.. And even Zoya Farouqi who was sitting there didn't say yes to the Qazi's question.. even Ayaan didn't say yes to the Qazi.. but the Qazi is assuming they did.. And Qazi right now doesn't know that the bride sitting there was not Zoya fareed.. even the name on the nikahnama would be Zoya fareed.

And Ayaan and Zoya are too confused right now to think logically and they both are also assuming that they got married because they cannot recall clearly what happened and the qazi said they got married.

but ultimately it will strike them that they did not get married.. i think it will be Zoya who remembers the things.. they should finally remember that they have actually not said yes to Qazi.
And i think the issue of name also will be found out later.

i don't know how they will portray it later but The marriage never really happened so in that sense the contract they make also will not be valid..

And I dont get another point that people are saying that more than ceremonies relationship is important and this is the argument that is being used to defend zoya nd ayaan's fake nikaah nd then zoya.and ayaan getting back to their lovers but I if zoya nd ayaan actually believed that they got married nikaah being valid or invalid is a moot point isn't it...coz in their opinion they did get married...i really hope that both ayaan nd zoya maintain that they didn't get married coz the moment they accept being married things are ruined according to me

You what I would'nt have mind Zoya entering SM. Asad and Zoya's desire to be with each other, Zoya's desperation to break all rules and give a damn about this fake nikaah and Asad's guilt to have made Zoya enter this mess(like you mentioned in one of your posts) would have been a treat to watch(atleast for me)

It's unfortunate that how the intolerance and unaccepatance of fandom and fear of losing trps makes creatives change their plots.

I don't think i would like Asad to be in more pain for no reason. He does not deserve this. Poor guy was almost raped by his BFF who he trusted so much. Enough is enough.

If Zoya goes to SM...Gaffur reveal is very simple and if it does not happen then it would be the stupidest thing. That track is for later once AsYa are married so IMO Zoya won't go to SM.

Zoya won't be breaking the rules if Asad sends her there and she is sad. She will go in Madarsa mode. Quiet, sad, depressed not the usual Zoya so she would just be occupying space there. I don't see her having any sort of normal life over there.

exactly if poeple feel ceremonies are important then yes marriage is happening

if people feel relationship are important then if ayaan and zoya try to give a chance to tis marriage..from that moment it matters that marriage meant to them..
