dr is no such thing as contract marriage in india, u cn say that contract as gulam giri or bound by certain rules that is all contract marriage, marriage is wrong word to use it when contract present in same line n i feel it'll b short period until nikhat nikha

according to indian law dr is no such thing as contract marriage because both islam mariage act and hindu marriage act doesnot support it

islam marriage act support multiple spouse but nt hindu marriage act n u need 1st wife conset fr second marriage

but bth religion prohibits contract since marriage are considered holy

u can say that this CONTRACT MARRIAGE IS NOTHING BUT BUSINESS DEAL

SO FOR ME THEY ARE NEITHER MARRIED NOR SUCH THING AS CONTRACT MARRIAGE, IT IS JUST BUSINESS DEAL UNTIL NIKHAT NIKHA

So IMO they won't sign the nikahnamma Asad will just convince her too and Gaffur pressure will convince Ayaan. BUT in private Gaffur will strike a deal with Ayaan for it to be a contract for Humera's sake. He has no problem "committing" to a woman and then leaving them. Didn't he do the same thing to Zainab?

But just like Raziya did not want a Gaffur-Zainab alliance same way she will not want a Ayaan Zoya alliance so she will expose this contract marriage. If Asad finds out his ladla is trying to just temporarily take responsibility and later planning on ditching Zoya he will be pissed and will not let Zoya go through that. Otherwise Zoya will become Dilshad right? So this is how this will contribute to BIG TIME bro clash! Asad may even compare Ayaan to Rashid.

The contract marriage papers will serve exactly the purpose that Billi's pregnancy reports did. Asad will realize he cannot put Zoya into this just like Zoya realized she has to save Asad. Finally, Billi's confession saved Asad same way the bride's details being wrong will come to the forefront and save Zoya and prove that the marriage was not even valid/real to begin with.

Just like Janu never got engaged same way Zoyaan will never get into a contract marriage. After AsYa have come so far and Ayaan has seen Zoya as his bhabhi they cannot show Zoyaan even pretending to be a couple that is just sick!
thast my problem with whole track...if they show zoyaan as couple even though for time being...asya just lose their sanity,innocence ,purity and gravity of their live so does Arya

Am also very confused regarding this contract marriage/nikaahnama thing.

The Contract marriage papers aren't the ones that can be prepared or brought by the Qazis, they had to be prepared by Legal workers/advocates and there isn't a reason why Gafoor would not tell Zoya's complete name to them.

What am quite disturbed to know is that Asad is going to force Zoya to sign the nikaahnama 😡

Isn't it really cruel!

More than how the 'nikaah' happened, more than what papers they are going to sign, more than anything else that makes these people believe that this marriage is valid, what they need to realise is that marriage isn't just the name of a ceremony or a legal contractual agreement!

Ayaan and Zoya committed a mistake unknowingly but Asad and Siddique family are going to commit a gunaah in complete sanity! Asad knows Zoya loves him, he would know how Ayaan and Zoya got married still he's going to let Zoya become a bait for his sister's sake!

Nice post Suja di. I m totaly confused. Ok confuse toh pehle se hi tha. I think gul try to make this nikha valid. So basicaly i think asad is going to be zoya's 2nd husband. Very nice plot 😡 .
And i dont think this track is going to end soon. Chahiye KSG & SJ kitna chillaye sbs par ki this track is end soon. And i also dont think gul change the track the way pardapash article said. They definitely heading towards their original synopsis. Your questions r valid but i dont think we find answer. Zoya surely goes to SM as ayan's legal wife. Then when truth out ayan fall in love with zoya. Very simple.

G'morning Sujata! (even though it's almost midnight here 😆). I missed seeing you around too! I was a little less active... personal stuff. 🤗

Contrary to popular belief, I do not think that Gul intends to head towards a deliberate diabolical plot.

They might, defying all religious norms, go with the contract marriage. Simply a contract marriage. Contract ends and Zoe is free to go. I don't see how that works out though. I think it would be better if ZoYaan just get married. No, I don't want them to fall in love. But I honestly don't see anything wrong with their wedding, as long as it's logically executed. A divorcee is not a damaged good of sorts. There's nothing wrong with Zoya going back to Asad after her divorce IMO.
