The Contract marriage papers aren't the ones that can be prepared or brought by the Qazis, they had to be prepared by Legal workers/advocates and there isn't a reason why Gafoor would not tell Zoya's complete name to them.

More than how the 'nikaah' happened, more than what papers they are going to sign, more than anything else that makes these people believe that this marriage is valid, what they need to realise is that marriage isn't just the name of a ceremony or a legal contractual agreement!

Ayaan and Zoya committed a mistake unknowingly but Asad and Siddique family are going to commit a gunaah in complete sanity! Asad knows Zoya loves him, he would know how Ayaan and Zoya got married still he's going to let Zoya become a bait for his sister's sake!

Finally, Billi's confession saved Asad same way the bride's details being wrong will come to the forefront and save Zoya and prove that the marriage was not even valid/real to begin with.

Just like Janu never got engaged same way Zoyaan will never get into a contract marriage. After AsYa have come so far and Ayaan has seen Zoya as his bhabhi they cannot show Zoyaan even pretending to be a couple that is just sick!

Contrary to popular belief, I do not think that Gul intends to head towards a deliberate diabolical plot.

They might, defying all religious norms, go with the contract marriage. Simply a contract marriage. Contract ends and Zoe is free to go. I don't see how that works out though. I think it would be better if ZoYaan just get married. No, I don't want them to fall in love. But I honestly don't see anything wrong with their wedding, as long as it's logically executed. A divorcee is not a damaged good of sorts. There's nothing wrong with Zoya going back to Asad after her divorce IMO.

Zoya's state is exactly paralleling Asad's except this time there is no Ajmer. This is post 2nd nikah break up. Asad knows Zoya loves him but she is stuck because of outside forces. Just like Zoya knew Asad loved her but he was stuck. Also, tomorrow Asad beating up Ayaan is parallel to Zoya slapping Billi.
