It took some time for Maan to sink into the fact they were indeed traveling to NYC. He met up with his friends & broke the news about his travel plans

Geet was at a night club with Sasha.
Sasha was busy telling about her make moment with Adhi after almost a month long fight.
Geet gave a grumpy look
Sasha " whats wrong yaar
Geet " yaar its been month since I really have gone out with some guy & ur all detailed explanation is not helping.
Sasha laughed sipping her drink " I didn't ask u to brake his heart
Geet " I didn't, he knew it from the beginning
Sasha " well u didn't but his heart is broken. But I don't understand how do u manage to be in talking terms still.

Sasha " the way u both started I never thought it would last for so long
Geet laughed loud remembering that official X-mass party 2yrs back. Both of them were happy with their respective drinks though deep in that long for lost active umm umm life was their. But non was really wanting another person in life. Just then some one was trying to hit on her when he just came around pretending to be her date that night.
Both laughed over it long after the party was over.
When they woke up next afternoon with heavy head all they could say was sorry & then immediately both agreed to forget what happened.
She was surprised when Andrew, out of the blue offered to take her out for a dinner, a week latter. She too agreed on a causal note. Over the dinner they agreed only to be about sex. They both didn't want a string for their respective reasons. Geet knew she was just his fall back after the divorce. & Andrew latter learned Geet had a thing of Arjun in college.

Andrew turned her & kissed her deeply letting out his pain, his desperation. Geet kissed back more out of her longing just to feel it all.
He tugged her hand lead to his car. She resisted, he looked at her longingly.. in confusion.. just a moment ago she was longing to be in his arms, the kiss was just so devastating.. then whats wrong
Geet leaned closer & kissed him softly over his lips
"even though I so badly want to be in bed with u right now, but I don't think that will be right for u"
he cupped her dearly Geet
"I know it will mean nothing more than physical pleasure for me, but for u..."
she paused
"I am sorry Andrew, I don't want u to go through all this"
he rested his head on hers "I don't mind"

Geet sunk down on the couch after Andrew left.

Just before they parted ways Sasha hugged her "u r not as cold as u think"

Maan cleared the security check point & placed his hand luggage next to daadi's cute hand bad that pretty much was her make up, ipad & neck pillow.
His stomach churned when their the announcement to board the flight. He took a deep breath & walked towards the gate. It was a long flight direct to NYC.

He closed his eyes shut when the wheels hit the run way...

She had heard a lot about him from all the friends possible & the most from Radha aunty.
