he dipped his hands in the cold ice water that was kept next to the broken ice pieces, burning that sparked through his nerves failed to match the flames that has his heart in anguish.
Daadi hissed in pain seeing him like this " lekin Maan aap kab taak sachiyen se baag the rahen ge.
He knew he had been running away.. running away that made him what he regretted. He had everything easy for him since childhood. He was smart plus gifted with intelligence & looks to meet it. He had a loving family. Parents, Yogi Singh Khurana & Radha Singh Khurana who where madly in love with each other.
Successful business in suburb of NYC that his dad Yogi Singh Khurana had established by his hard work alone. Maan was pampered beyond limit. He had everything & anything he wanted. His Daadi was adorable friend & successful business women herself in India.

Geet was not very keen on meeting Andrew with her schedule today. She got ready lazily after tucking Rahul in his bed. She kissed him & her dad good night & took a cab to the restaurant where Andrew had invited her.
She was dressed in a stylish light pink dress matching sandals & jewelry. She checked her lips stick in the small mirror she carried & walked in. The waiter helped to the special seating that was booked where Andrew was already waiting. He looked bit nervous. She looked at him little cautiously unsure.
He got up & welcomed her with a kiss & smiled bit awkwardly
geet " r u ok?
He gulped down some water " yah I sure
During the whole dinner Andrew was silent. Geet tried to talking, trying to lighten the feel.
She wondered why bother for dinner if he had to be so aloof. he could always do that alone at home right, why drag her into it. not that she can be of any help.. clearly she is not!!!
Waiter came up with the menu to take order for dessert
Andrew instead asked for another drink
geet looked at him in concern " haven't u had enough
she never likes to interfere in some ones life. Not that she really cared that much but yah technically he had already had lot many drinks & its not good. Knowing Andrew he can't handle so much of alcohol & she doesn't want to drop him home now.
Andrew slowly slipped a cute blue velvet box " I love you
he managed to whisper
geet closed her eyes disappointed.
Andrew immediately slipped the box back in & pleaded " I goofed up right
geet sighed wiping her mouth with the napkin
andrew " just listen to me once
geet " we have gone over this Andrew. U know I don't like all this
andrew - don't u like me
geet took a deep breath - frankly I do. I really do. U r a very nice person
she smiled naughtily hot in bed too
he held her hand - then why can't we just give it a chance
geet - come on Andrew u know I don't believe in all this stuffs
dammit she was not even comfortable saying it
he got really disappointed & sunk in his chair further
geet - don't do this. We were so great together

geet - then why r u complicating things with all this ring & all
Andrew - I am not saying we would get married immediately. We could just get engaged for now. Then spend some time together & see how it goes.
Geet - no she said in frustration

Geet already had enough, she just discarded her napkin & rose to leave
andrew threw some dollars & ran behind her.

geet sighed & looked at him seriously - I don't believe in all this. I don't know why r u bent upon ruining our relationship. It was all so perfect
she really hated losing this cute relation they had. It was awesome & beautiful. right now she hated him so much to have ruined it all for the sake of.. whatever he calls it.. dammit

she just got into the cab tired. She hated when people got hurt. He was sweet friend, she never wanted him to get hurt.
she took shower & cutely snuggled next to her dad. he smiled warmly wrapping her closer.
Next day Sahsa walked into the cabin throwing questions at Geet
common geet u didn't just walk out on him
geet rolled her eyes & looked back into her files
& u r fine with it sasha stood planking her hands on her hip
geet raised her brows "what exactly do u expect me to do"
sasha threw herself in the chair "frankly"
geet looked at her
sasha " sulk"
geet gave a strange wired glare " u were the one wanting me to stay away from him"
sasha " thats because I didn't want him to get hurt"
geet - & I thought u r my friend
sasha laughed " actually I wanted u to take relations seriously for once. & I knew he is not ur type."
u & arjun I really thought u guys will get married but then u broke up with him too after college
geet " u know it was just a fling"
sasha " seriously .. 3yrs long"
