What makes Jaan diff. from others?

I was discussing this topic in another thread and I thought I would start a new thread about it as I wanted to read others posters views on this too.

What made me watch this show? When I saw the promos, I loved the concept of it but I only seriously starting watching after Antara slapped Raghu.

On top of that, this show has so many twists and turns that you can't help but be hooked on it.
I honestly believe that if the storyline and the directing is excellent, that the show is a hit, not to mention the actors have to sell it really well. There are many shows today that I'm afraid to say have very goodlooking actors but the acting is not up to the mark and that I blame the directors for, because they are clearly not helping to bring about the potential of actor's true personality to suit the storyline and the character.

This show brings the spice, it's brings that suspense and it's well suited andthe fact that the leads get along really well helps bring the storyline to life, and makes you fall in love with them.

i spacially like one thing about this serial..it's unpredictable...we can't even have the slightest idea about the direction the story will moove on next day...this flav always made me qurious..

and about rantara...what can i say just love them...i just loved how cvs represented rantara's ch..in some other shows..they are such full with cliche and unneccesarry romantic scenes in each and every min...after some mins u got bored...but each and every confrontation,dialouges and scenes between rantara..i found it quite,realistic,matiured and so fresh...

thats the two main reason i like ddej so much..

Precisely! Everything just falls into place with this show, every step has been executed carefully.
And more to the point, what I feel that is helping it make it work is the co-stars easy-goingness, they seem very hardworking and really work for it. Not to mention directors, producers and other co-workers, the team effort is evident.

The story is very beautifully crafted! The maker and scriptwriters have obviously done their work in the highest potential and Ayaz and Nikita's acting flesh out everything.

the promos attracted me kashmir attracted me the raw sensual ragu and antara attracted me loving it hope cvs leads dir editor keep it up the one liners of raghu are the icing on the cake just want to watch the leads romance sing dance run have fun and please story must be taken to kashmir

I too started watching it from the slap episode..
The screen play storyline..direction is just perfect..
Even wid backless dress we imagined so much..but tis serial is nt like regular one...
How neatly its shown till date...
The dialogues are bang on..
Not to mention ..u can hardly predict in tis serial...tats was eye catchy element of it
The rawness of Raghu aka Ayaz & Antara aka Nikita bring added spice to the scene
Everything falls into places perfectly..
The major highlight which no one deny is the chemistry onscreen-offscreen of the LEAD😊
