need Clarification for todays episode

I dnt knw when and how and where they clarified this but now all Khans know everthing about Tanveer, pregnancy, her lies about husband, killing Zoya except changing chip in doll..

i think asad knws that it is not his baby because he gave tanveer money and told i dont want your baby to suffer because of ur deeds

Tanveer herself confessed that the child is not Asad's and how many times she tried killing Zoya and Asad/Dilshad/Najma overheard this...

I so wish the CV's tell us how much Asad, Dilshad and Najma know about what all Tanveer did!
