I guess ... I mean she is so authentic in her portrayal that she makes it look effortless. I have rarely seen someone cry the way she can ... understated and not OTT and that chin quiver just gets me every time!
It's more about the personality as I said before. In acting, of course she's amazing, that's why they took her! No doubt about that. Even Karan lives his character Asad but they don't call her Asad because he's not like Asad in real life. He's always cracking jokes and doing some kinda masti all the time so maybe that's why...
