Public humilitaion doesn't help. The surprising thig is just because it is buddha and he publicly humiliates her it is acceptable. He is taking away the last shred of dignity she has left and he expects to come out of her zombie state.

***He has learnt from his wife! if she thought that to take divorce (when he had already agreed to give divorce and alimony) u hv to humiliate and degrade in public, he also thinks that to give her shock he has to behave like this (he is thinking in her way)!

She never degraded or humilaited him in public, please provide the episode. If you say when she went to work for his competitrs, that is not public humiliation. She was working, he went there believd what they said and threw a fit.

***Farah, she might not hv humiliated in public, but the word humiliation and hurt was started by her and he has taken one step further to break her emotions! For him the bottom line is, he wants to make Bani cry b'coz he cannot see her in that stage! And why should he prove himself again and again that he only loves Bani and no one else? Why is he not suppose to support the kid which has no fault?

I hope you are right, that Pai means nothing to her now, but knowing Bani she may just wish Pai a ha[[y married life with Jai, because of all her stupid Kasams to her GFN parents.😡
