Answer:Cause he is forced to do so , I know his reasons are wrong ,he has to hide from a wife who is running behind him like a mad dog to kill him, already has tried to kill him, may be from other jokers who want him to dead but his reasons are valid enough for him to be Prithvi.

He has to act like Prithvi to save his a** in front of the whole world and Meera just happens to be one of them.While DB hadnt any reason what so ever to try to be h* with Prithvi. Is he faking only in front of Meera?No , He is faking to the whole world.He has got ulterior motives and meera happens to be in wrong place in wrong time.

Question2:Why he is better than DB?

Second Point : There is major difference in falling in love and lusting.I am hoping i don't have to explain them to you.I know you cant see that he is trying to avoid her , trying to not touch her but helpless in front of her innocence, in front of her love.If he wanted he could have very easily slept with her , but he hasn't even tried .While DB, she was ready in fact tried every trick in the book to make him sleep with her.She knew that he is madly in love with his wife but did it hamper her , no, from day 1 she has been lusty with Prithvi and nothing else. He is not devising ways to trap her by taking her to some desolate place, by putting her under CC cameras.

That is the difference and a big one.

Question 3) Why is he not revealing his real identity to Meera?

Answer: why should he do that.He has got reasons to be Prithvi. He is not the good guy here .he is not leading any justice league to show the world the path towards truth.May be when he falls for her, he will tell her .

you want him to sacrifice all of his plans for some one else wife,this is just a temporary phase and when his objectives are achieved he will disappear or leave or what ever.He is trying hard to remain focused towards his plans.

I am not advocating his ways but I am willing to give a second chance to him.may be falling in love will realize him how wrong he is , may be this will in turn lead him to redeem himself.

May be there was no body to put him on right path , may be there was no body to stop him going the wrong way, may be he can feel the love he has craved all his life from meera which he could never get from his wife.
