October 2012: Dargah in Bhopal

Asad saw Zoya for the first time.

They were both praying.

She sat across, a distraught runaway bride from a man she never loved, crying her heart out, seeking solace in Allah's arms.

He couldn't take his eyes off her. Was it love at first sight?

Her shawl slipped. Zoya-the bride-for his eyes only.

She ran away. He didn't follow her. He shut his eyes and prayed for her.

Later, she bumped into him and rest is history.

Would you call this destiny or just a coincidence?

July 2013: Dargah in Ajmer

Asad and Zoya are at the dargah at the same time.

This time, Asad, a lifeless man, is seeking solace, is distraught, crying his heart out, asking Allah to give him his Zoya back.

Zoya is also there, a runaway, heartbroken bride from a man she really loved, crying, seeking solace.

They are both praying, a few feet from each other.

Would you call this destiny or just a coincidence?

Of course it's destiny. Despite all odds, they meet again and that too when guided by spiritual forces.

Asad says he would rather change his destiny if he can't have Zoya.

Asad, Zoya is your destiny. Don't try to change your destiny, just change your friend. Change the people, the forces and the insecurities that want to change your destiny. Trust yourself, trust your destiny and trust your love…rest will fall into place.

On another note, keeping all loopholes aside, I absolutely loved today's episode.

Standout scenes:

1. Asad-Dilshaad breakdown scene. I usually don't cry watching Indian serials but Asad's breakdown in his ammi's presence was one of the best and realistic crying scenes I have seen on TV.
2. The dargah scene where Asad prays to Allah. Wonderful dialogues and very well articulated by the master of expressions.

Can I say I am happy that Billi didn't accompany him to Ajmer. How and why does she land in Jaipur is still a mystery to me.

Well said di. Zoe is his destination so he needs no change there. He needs to raise himself on confidence and trust and fight back the world.

I was waiting for your post and here it is. FINALLY! It was a beautiful episode. You wrote it all so beautifully. It's all destiny. Those dargah scene dialogues were so beautiful. If Zoya isn't in his destiny, he'll change the destiny and write her name on his hands forever and ever. She's his life and he wants her back! Soulful confession by Asad. It was just all so beautiful and episode totally belonged to KSG! He just nails it every single time. No one cries as beautiful as him and he's one of the very few actors who can make you cry with him. This man's an exceptional actor. Asad-Dilshaad scene was so amazing. The way he broke down and cried. I was crying with him. It was so heart-breaking to watch:( Beautiful post Bheegi. Loved it. I'm so glad Tanveer didn't go with him to Ajmer. I don't care how she ends up there now but he didn't take her with him. She doesn't even exist for him atm. I'm happy:D I have no expectations from Ajmer but I'm looking forward to it:) Let's see what Gul has in store for us!

Great post Bheegi! Today was quite positive. There is no way evil will win against God's will and God's will is to unite AsYa. Asad's prayers have to be answered because he is innocent.

Great post as usual...definitely zoya is asad's destiny and i was so happy to hear that he was ready to fight with his destiny for zoya...asad breaking down in front of dilshad was a very very beautiful scene...and i loved the dialogues while asad was praying...'he is breathing but not alive' this line was so apt to describe asad's condition and KSG has brilliantly portrayed how asad is nothing but a corpse wen zoya is not around...KSG was yet again brilliant today...i fell in love with asad today yet again...beautiful episode

My feel is that Dilshad would have asked her to leave the house and Tanveer would then call Asad and probably tell him she pregnant with his child. There was a spoiler which showed Asad standing at Ajmer with a suitcase and a green dress or duppatta... My feeling is that it is Tanveer's wedding outfit. Asad was staring at the green outfit with such dread on his face...

Again just my analysis...
