Dab a little light pink, clear or shimmery gloss at the centre of your bottom lip to make it appear fuller. Or a dark shade of lipstick (not too dark though), can instantly make your lips appear fuller 😊

I agree with that and plus using a darker shade. Another option might be try to go a salon where they might tell you what is best for you😊

use lipliner !! buh dun put it on dark, make it a thin line
n use special lip glosses dat plumps da lip up lol
n dab gloss in da centre of da bottom lips
it shud help 😳
