Your title is so misleading.

I standing firm that nothing happen, but the cv needs to tackle this issue Asad needs to try figuring out what happen that night, he cannot just accept this at face value.

This is one thing that the cv cannot leave hanging the way the left the rashid and the dead body they need to complete this.
