Episode 306 Discussion: 24th June 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Note for Newcomers to this thread.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

Episode 306 Discussion - EOD Summary

RK Sultan meeting results in Sultan's arrest.

Events Of The Episode

1. Episode begins with Madhu calling Sultan. She conveys to Sultan that RK is ready to talk to Sultan and asks whether Sultan would agree to meet with RK. Sultan agrees and scene changes to RK and Madhu waiting in the car in the rainy night. When Sultan arrives, RK makes sure that Bittuji too arrive there to take Madhu away. Madhu is apprehensive but RK promises to be calm and Madhu reluctantly leaves.

2. RK alleges that Sultan is playing a game by desiring to be part of Kundra family. He could not get Madhu before and this is his design to gain Madhu's sympathy and love by planning this revenge. Sultan denies this allegation and states he is doing this for his mother Meera. RK rubbishes this story and sticks to his point of Sultan's ultimate aim to gain Mahu. The episode ends when police arrive and RK informs them about Sultan's vandalism and earlier trespassing activities and police take away Sultan.

Sultan ko dekhkar Meera aunty ko bhi hasi aati hai 🤣 no, i'm serious ! even i was laughing ! frm mental disorder to split personality disorder..that's her problem..

Sultan not picking up Madhu's phone?? 😲 he has a hint of her stupidity then...how can she keep away when it's related to her husband? Thanks Sultan for asking Madhu to stay out of it...but she convinced him to talk to RK peacefully..I liked what Bhai said abt RK..that he doesn't listen, he only speaks 👏 too good yaar, they started giving good dialogues to Bhai...good job Madhu..she thinks it's all a misunderstanding and two "sane" people should sort it out by discussing it...meri ma, thodi akal use karle 😡

so RK kept his promise, he met Bhai, he talked to him peacefully and sorted out the misunderstanding !! that Sultan is doing this to get Madhu ..Bhai was like a broken record RK went on and on with his theory..which was plausible..i liked it..i liked it that RK was bang on target with his thought that Sultan has fallen for Madhu...n idhar udhar ki bakwas chod, he just said to him that Madhu is his wife and she loves him...

what i liked about that scene..

1) RK sending Madhu with Bittuji

2) RK talking to Sultan and not letting him speak 😆

3) RK calling Sultan samajhdaar and vice versa

4) the allegations were okay , but not any serious ones..he can use his clout to put him behind bars but as we all know, his mission has failed (prolly thanks to Madhu)

5) his decision to take the legal route and not indulge in any fight or idiotic scheming..

now if Bhai can do it, prove it to RK that he's not lying...he has Meera's bangle with him...RK nahi toh Madhu will be convinced !!

Precap, RM 😎 Madhu wants to know all the details..hope RK doesn't lie..

Missed the first part with Sultan, Kiddo and Meera (I've stopped calling her demented mommy, because I'm starting to have some suspicions about that.) Will read your reviews to get your perspective.

So peacemaker Madhu calls Sultan and arranges a flag meeting. She and RK drive up to rendezvous with Sultan to clear up the "small misunderstanding." Loved it when Sultan, all dressed up to impress, gnashes his teeth and has to tap on the window to interrupt the couple's cuddle. RK was really rubbing it in his face, making a point with that prolonged hug, kind of ignoring Sultan.
RK smartly has Bittuji pick up Madhu. Nice touch. Madhu reminds RK of his promise not to lose his temper.
The RK-Sultan scene really belonged to RK. BTW, love these rain scenes. Drenched black t-shirt and all... But I digress... RK was in his element, at his controlled sarcastic best. And basically laid out to Sultan that he knew the reason why Sultan was pursuing the ridiculous story, i.e., Sultan - the thwarted lover. Sultan helplessly and unsuccessfully trying to rebut RK.
And then RK pulls his trump card out. Gun toting Mumbai police - here to pick up some unwanted baggage! RK is all smug that he kept his promise to his wife -didn't lose his temper and resort to violence.
PS: Of course Sultan is going to escape from the police van. Am willing to bet on it. He is Mumbai ka Sultan, after all (broken necks, anyone?)

The precap: Madhu trying to get some answers from her relaxed looking adorably dashing husband.

only thing worth seeing was "RAIN"

BUT, i hav a lot of questions:

1) when meera is not aware how many years have passed by and still thinks that her son is still a baby then how does she comfortably talk sultan? shudn't sultan be her age in her head?? 😆

technically then sultan shud be 'paraya mard' for meera 😆 😆

2) why did madhu not argue with Rk?? the jungli billi left for a walk? 😲

3)seriously why didn't Rk let madhu stay back n see the police come for sultan? kuch toh akkal aa jaati madhu ko! 😆 😆

(ok i know y..but, i was just too desperate 😆)

4) yeh sultan ki brains kab grow hogi? 😆

5) m i going to see madhu in such tragic sarees everyday?😆

Only thing I liked about the episode was the setting of rain for RK-Sultan Talk! It all looked very important and mysterious, with Bittuji n his big black umbrella whisking away innocent naive Madhu so that the men could have their discussion in pouring rain! BTW did Madhu fall asleep in the arms of RK , when Sultan arrived that he had to rap at the window to wake her up?😉She really is so silly, did she just mention to RK that this is a small MU between them?Is this woman for real?I was wondering what will her reaction if and when she finds out Sultan's real feelings for her?

Anyway the rest of their confrontation was as expected, RK not believing for a second the accusations against his father and he keeps reiterating that Sultan is doing this over Madhu! Sultan as usual was not allowed to do much talking, as he predicted about RK correctly and as an additional bonus gets himself arrested! At least something good came out of it!

Precap: Looks like RK wants to skirt the issue of Sultan, with Madhu relentless on his heels!

also, he and Sultan BOTH made a point to her that from NOW on, it's only between us , you will not interfere..but madhu being madhu, we know what she's made up of..😆

haan Amritha, their hug was cute and seems like Madhu did fell asleep in his arms..and he brought Madhu along to show Sultan that she loves him and they are a happily married couple now...

one more interesting point is that he's aware of Madhu's weakness..he's aware that Madhu will melt hearing Meera's story and start sympathizing with Sultan more..

i thought RK called Bittuji to hold the umbrella 😃

A gullible viewer is galloping our way shortly. Instead of him giving us a list, we need to give HIM a bigger list of things to come in MBEIEJ. Muwaahhhaaa
