- RK handing over Sultan to Authorities -Can a Criminal be given a free pass ? Can his Crime remain unreported even with highly justified reason ?
Marriage means Pati-Patni should also do welfare for society and take care of each other.
Biwi befriended a Criminal. It was a Danger to Society. RK could have slapped cases against Criminal but it would have meant dragging Biwi's name when Biwi clearly was in no mood to become any witness and there was no direct evidence during previous vandalism, killing incidents with himself being not present directly to witness the incidents.
Dips did tell RK (when he was abroad) that when the Goonda broke all the equipment of the studio and almost killed the man by hanging him upside down, how Biwi was supporting the Criminal. She did not care for another man's life and never cared for any property damage.
Incidents just kept on adding up until his wedding day and each time RK left the criminal as otherwise his Biwi's name can have a mud-sling.
Now after marriage...when Criminal slings Mud at RK and His Father, RK has every reason to DO the RIGHT THING. Hand over the Criminal to Authorities. This time the case is not about his Biwi at all. It doesn't matter if Biwi is still friend of the Criminal. There were several other witnesses to tell what went on and there had been concrete and tangible damage evidence with RK himself witnessing Sultan do it unlike previous times when RK did not see with his own eyes to pursue the case solidly.
I think one doesn't need a really a high IQ to understand why Criminals can be handed over to Authorities.
And its high time, RK puts a check on Dumb Biwi with her Friendly Partial Services to Criminals, other wise, RK will be put into jail for abetting crimes of Biwi's Criminal friend, all thanks to Biwi association with Gangster World. I hope the Producer of that movies does not tell to authorities how Madhubala was supporting the Criminal who almost killed a man. What a huge embarrassment for RK.
It was a nice touch when RK said...now a lot of other case files will be opened.
Anyways...let's see. Pati toh apna Dharm nibha raha hai to protect his wife, but Wife is still Hell-Bent in doing ADHARMI services towards Society, Family and Husband by supporting a Criminal Friend.
- Can Madhu be charged for abetting Sultan's Vandal and homicidal attacks ? Madhu has never reported Sultan to Authorities and instead has supported him always.
- Is this allowed in a society we live ? Or we have to keep our eyes closed like we do towards our country's politicians...who give Criminals a free pass to keep their power from going down. They do favours to criminals for them to be in power.
Actually, its time Biwi can get stacked with cases against her for Abetment of Vandal acts of her friend.
1) Reason for RK's Car -Tod Phod
2) Reason for Studio Tod-Phod and life threatening to Production Staff.
3) For Providing Shelter to Criminal and Did not Report Shoot out incident (which resulted in 4 dead bodies in Chawl Yard). She even commanded another Gangster to flee at Gun-Point by taking Gun in her own hands.
4) Reason for Gun-Pointing at RK
5) Reason for being in RK's bedroom on the day of his wedding with his own bride.
Let me check the witnesses or possible information given out to Police Authorities if it is needed.
- Crew on Studio Premises saw the Goon come and do all the tod-phod. The letter was addressed to RK
- Crew on Studio Premises, this time Dips and Bittuji and everyone got to hear Madhu call the goon as "Sultan"
- Chawl People on the Premises. Everyone witnessed the shootout. If someone rats out against Madhu, she would be gone.
- If RK wants to drag that incident and report the matter to Police, he can do so.
- The whole Family saw what happened and how Sultan walked downstairs and how Madhu was screaming to him to go away.

Actually Bala and her Gods were so scared that RK might go to the Police so Bala wanted to wash off her hands off Sultan matter, so she swiftly apologized to RK for befriending Sultan and now wants quick patch up between Sultan and RK, so that RK can drop the matter here and her name is protected from getting out in the open.
You see it is all VESTED INTERESTS of Madhu Bala.
If RK still goes to Police, then she will have to find another way to clear her name by pretending to be doing a Social Service.
