As much as I hate to say it.. he is paying the price for
- Always judging a book by its cover
- Never trusting Zoya without proof... NEVER EVER
- Peanut Allergy - Tanu saved her
- Dilshaad's shoot - Dilshaad herself clarified everything
- Skirt Issue - Zoya had to blast
- Rashid/Gudiya factory case - He still hasnt believed anyone
- Tanveer's accusations - He still hasnt believed anyone, though he was polite about stating Zoya that unless she has proof how can she trust her
- Tanveer's blood samples
- Ayaan's enagement - did not believe until they saw the video footage
- Tanveer burning - was not sorry till being told by Zeenat that she saw her mom die in front of her own eyes
- Kurti fiasco - does not even know what happened...
- Mangalpur - does not believe Zoya's intuition until he sees the dead body of the other couple from Indore
- Akram
- the list is endless
- Ofcourse, his blind trust in Tanveer, and never doubting her despite so many loopholes in story. I know it is what CVS decide and it is inconsistent with his character, but well...
- Being stubborn to some extent. Allt his could be avoided if he listened to Ayaan and accompanied them in their car. What was the need not to?
Today he says dont believe what you see Zoya, but it is because he needs that trust. Unfortunately when the time was for him to place that trust he never displayed it. It is easy to say Zoya should give him the benefit of doubt, but realistically for whatever has happened from day one, just a few Mitwa moments, and the past few days where he has been complimenting her nature, or supporting a few things like her burns, etc., can not make one person trust you to that extent that ou see them in bed with someone ont he day of your marriage and you still ask them their story right away. Atleast I would not. May be later, when I put two and two together... Actually I am asucker for KSG's acting and Asad, and Zoya so I enjoy the romance too, but given the negatives (slap, mistrust, judgmental attitude) they outweigh the positives... Yes h as rescued Zoya always, but then he is the one who has also caused her to land in some of those situations as well AKA AKRAM!. Buying Kachoris, making coffee, or gifting Saree with notes... are not enough for me. And, neither is a sorry you come to say, but then dont even wait for the other person to vent out and quietly leave... Yes he loves her, and yes he accepted her as she is, with her burn marks and all, but isn't that a given in love? Whats extra ordinary about it?
