I am sure many of you have heard this case regarding all the children being kidnapped, being sexually abused, and thier skulls being found.

What are your views on it? Who's fault it is? What could have we done to prevent this?

I am utterly saddened and disgusted. . . . .

Digging going on around serial killer Moninder Singh Pandher house in Sector 31 in Noida.
The Noida serial murder case is a black spot in the history of India as it is one of the most gruesome instances of serial killing, which the country has witnessed.

The police has recovered over 30 bodies of children and women after digging of drains around serial killer Moninder Singh Pandher house in Sector 31 in Noida.

The barbarians confess

Day 1 (Friday, Dec 29)
Police ask Moninder Pandher: Did you know what was happening?
Pandher: I am not aware of the entire incident. I have a huge business. I usually work outside Noida, I am hardly present at home.

Police ask Surender: Did you kill anyone?
Surender: Yes, I killed 5 children.

Day 2 (Saturday, Dec 30)
Police ask Pandher: Were you in touch with any call girls?
Pandher: I knew a call girl, but when she threatened me, I asked Surender to kill her. The call girl was introduced to me by Surinder and Maya.

Police to Surender: Did you rape and kill the children?
Surender: I killed 9 children. I used to rape and murder the children. Sometimes I had intercourse with their dead bodies. I was suffering from impotency and a tantrik told me that if I killed a child and had intercourse, my impotency would be cured. Moninder was aware of the crimes that took place.

Day 3 (Sunday, Dec 31)

Police ask Pandher: Did you rape children?
Pandher : I have a huge sex drive and I suffer from depression. The only way I could have been cured was if I had sex. I asked Surender to get call girls, that's when I got in touch with Payal. But I did not have sex with children.

Day 5 (Monday, Jan 1)
Police ask Pandher: What was Surender's role?
Pandher: Surender used to get girls and women for me. I used to have sex with them and then I asked Surinder to dispose them off. Surinder used to take them the first floor, then I would shut my door. Surender used to rape and kill them and sometimes had intercourse with dead bodies.

The Noida serial killing case has brought the UP police under the lens of public eye and the Centre. Things have become more complicated for the UP police as the Centre has intervened and has ordered probe into the case. So for now, the Police have to face the public ire coupled with Centre's probe, which might unravel some startling facts about the case.

The Centre's move was necessitated to hasten the process of investigation and to unravel the mystery behind the case.

The probe, ordered by Woman and Child Development Minister Renuka Choudhury, will be conducted by a four-member committee and headed by the Ministry's Joint Secretary Manjula Krishnan. One of the members will also be from the Home Ministry. The committee will look into the role of the UP police and the local administration with regards to the investigation conducted in the case and submit its report within a fortnight.

Hard Talk: Renuka Choudhury commenting on the probe
Commenting on the probe, Woman and Child Development Minister Renuka Choudhury said:''If the state government has not reacted when children have disappeared not 1, not 2, 30 children. If it is deemed as meddling, I will meddle , I will interfere, I will pursue, I will look for justice and will ensure that justice prevails and justice is given to all the grieving families."

Centre Orders Probe

-- Four-member committee instituted to probe killings

-- Probe headed by joint secretary Manjula Krishnan

-- Report to be submitted within 15 days

-- Report to probe role of police and local administration

Organ trade racket ruled out

Though the mystery of missing torsos persisted for last couple of days, however, the doctors have totally rejected the theory of an organ transplant racket. The Noida police have also ruled out the possibility of

Experts claim that it is not possible for any organ to be be taken out of an individual after his death for it to be useful. Moreover, experts also opine that organs of children cannot be of transplanted to adults plus, transplanting an organ reqires special expertise and knowledge. However, until the remaining body parts are recovered, questions will be continue to be raised.

Till yesterday (Jan 2), there were reports that the killings could have been a part of an organ trade racket as the skeletal remains recovered did not have a torso -- a strong indicator that the organs may have been removed from the bodies before they were buried.

SC rejects CBI inquiry petition

The Supreme Court on January 3 declined to entertain a petition seeking a CBI inquiry into the serial killings at Nithari village in Noida.

Refusing the petition, which had been submitted by an advocate, the apex court said that this was not a matter to be mentioned before it since various agencies including the Uttar Pradesh police, the NHRC and the National Commission for Women were looking into it.

However, as pressure mounts over the state administration and police in the Noida serial killings case, the ruling Samajwadi Party has come to the defence of the police saying that they should not be ridiculed but credited for cracking the case.

UP government against CBI inquiry

Mulayam Singh Yadav defending law and order situation in the state of UP
The UP Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav has defended the law and order situation in his state and has catagorically reiterated that he has no problem with the CBI probe, but that should be ordered only when the Noida police fails in its endeavour to crack the case.

Commenting on the said issue, Mulayam said:"If the Noida police fails in its duty, then I don't have any objection if CBI enquiry is undertaken. However, Noida police is police is trying its level best to carck the case. Moreover, CBI takes a lot of time to solve the case and the focus also shifts from one incident to another, thus, if the police fails, then we will order a CBI enquiry."

I love the way how Shobhaa De has so eloquently put it

************************************************************ *****

POLITICALLY INCORRECT

Bachpan Bachao

SHOBHAA DE

What a way to start a brand new year — with not one, but three horror stories. Just as one was coming to terms with Saddam Hussein's barbaric hanging (come on, in this day and age? How medieval!), came the macabre story of a maniac called Goldy, accused of murdering over 30 innocent children in Noida. This was followed by an ugly fracas that took place in Mumbai, when a woman was molested on New Year's eve by an unruly gang of Gateway Gropers. All three incidents are important indicators of a sick society. The politics of the Saddam hanging merit much more space, but one thing is abundantly clear — the method adopted was abhorrent. The last time something so morally revolting took place was when Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged in Pakistan. In Saddam's case, it's even more noteworthy given America's direct endorsement of the ghastly act.
Closer home, the goings-on in our own backyard are beyond tragic. Sure, there has been a public hungama after the grisly news about a psycho called Pandher was flashed all over the media. The most shocking aspect of this case is the blatant show of indifference towards the tragedy, by the police and politicians. Why? Because the missing kids were 'little nobodies' — children of people who don't count.
Had the hair of even a single VIP kid been touched by Goldy, a posse of top cops would've descended on Noida and picked up the first suspect. But in the case of these underprivileged parents, seeking the help of authorities to trace their tots, nobody gave them the time of day. They were chased away rudely and harangued mercilessly.
The attitude of arrogant politicians has been still more shocking. To describe this horrific crime as ''chhota mota'' is nothing short of callousness. What else can one expect in that Jungle Raj called UP? I watched a police officer defending his 'boys' and asking the media to praise their efforts! I couldn't believe the man's gall. Ditto for an obscure lawyer who also appeared on TV, grinning shamelessly while providing alibis to his school-friend, the Ghoulish Goldy. Was it just the old boy's network in over-drive? Or was the unknown lawyer taking full advantage of being seen on prime TV? His only contact with the killer (by his own admission) was a two-minute encounter en route to a hill station. Equally strange was the buddy-buddy defence of Goldy by former college-mates who expressed scepticism that ''one of them'' could do something as terrible. The suggestion being, such crimes are not committed by ''people like us.''
The Gateway Gropers tell their own sordid story. A woman in a crowd becomes fair-game — she is outnumbered, for one. Besides, the alibi is always the same: she asked for it. Why was she there in the first place? Didn't she know it was New Year's Eve? That the mass molestation took place right under the noses of cops perched on machaans, makes the incident more disturbing. Mumbai was coming to terms with the daylight murder of a young female tourist from the North-East, at the very same spot last year. And now this.
Women and children are the new minorities. They are the most marginalised segments of our society. Also, the most vulnerable. Entirely indefensible acts are perpetrated against them, without anybody caring. The brutal killing of so many children in a 'decent' neighbourhood by a supposedly 'decent' man should serve as a wake-up call. Where was everyone when Goldy and his Man Friday were luring innocent victims to their residence, before assaulting them sexually and then chopping them to pieces? Did nobody hear their cries? Worse, having heard, did nobody act because nobody cared? It's not Goldy alone who is guilty, we all are.
Happy New Year, World!

😆, so Saddam Hussien getting hanged was morally revoting, people getting gassed by Saddam was a religious act, selective vision eh!!
BTW Did she just equate Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's life to that of Saddam Hussein or just the hanging, Ok Bhutto was democratically elected and was hanged by a Dictator, In Iraq A democratically elected govt hanged a dictator, Same...😕, Oh yeah it should be the same to Shobha De who does not think India is a democracy either😆😆😆

Isnt this a delicacy of India😉

This is always a defense for serial killers, the guy who shot up Amish county, the columbine kids, everyone
