FF: Losing Heart P8 Pg10 2/1/07

Hey my fellow KSians…I was thinking about how I wanted to whole raaz to play out…Banis reaction and all that…I figured id make it into another ff…tell me if its any good…if not…ill stop…hope you all enjoy…

*im starting where the show left off after 1/04/07*

"Mere Bacha"…"My Child in her womb"…

Bani heard those words coming from mr. walia, they rang in her ears but still couldn't fathom that they were true. Her husband had just uttered something so inconceivable that Bani was sure it was a dream…no a nightmare…this couldn't be happening to her. Bani closed her eyes and pressed then hard. She slowly opened her eyes hoping that she would wake up in her bed room with her husband next to her, comforting her after a bad dream. No such luck. Bani's eyes were met with a sight she did not want to see. Her sister lying on the ground in the arms or Mr. Walia. There was a red liquid around her abdomen, and Mr. Walias hand on her stomach. Pia had a smile on her face, like she was finally content and happy with what had just happened. Mr. Walia on the other hand was confused at first, looking at Pia. She was alright, nothing happened to her. Then he understood that this was all Pias plan to let Bani in on the RAAZ he so desperately tried to hide from her.

Bani wished that the earth would just open up and eat her alive, swallow her whole. Jai stood up and began to walk towards Bani, who by this time had hot tears running down her face but had no idea that she was crying, she was numb…inside and outside. Bani started to move back as Mr. Walia got closer to her, it was like her legs had a mind of their own. Bani put a hand up that made Jai freeze in his tracks.

J- Bani…please let me explain.

B- Nahin Mr. Walia. Main sirf itna janna chati hoon ke kya aapne jo kahaa hai, woh…kya woh saach hai?

J- Bani sunno toh? (reaching out to hold her)

B- (moves back another step and again puts her hand up) Nahin Mr. Walia…sirf haan ya naa…kya yeh saach hai ya nahin? Pia ke kok me jo bacha hai, kya woh…kya woh…kya woh aapka hai?

(Hearing those words come out of her mouth made her moth feel like it was burning with acid. It was bitter and raw and hot. Jai had no answer. All he could do was look at the ground. His eyes so filled with shame that he couldn't even meet eyes with Bani. Pia was standing up by this time and was quiet pleased with herself. Anupam and Anjali had left because they were not needed anymore. Bani looked from Pia to Jai and finally understood what had been staring at her in the face for so long.)

B- Mujhe aapna jawab milgaya hai. Main…main…

(Not having anything to say, her mind still not functioning, her heart and soul still taking in the biggest betrayal of her life, Bani turned to leave. From the corner of her eyes she sees Rano, Pushkar, Aditya and Tarun…they had reached there just a few moment ago.)

P- Di…im sorry di lekin I had to do this…mere paas aur koi chara nahin tha. Main Mr. Walia se pyaar karti hoon aur main unki bache ke maa banne wali hoon. Aagar main yeh drama nahin karti toh yeh saach aapke saamne khabi nahin aata. Maine Mr. Walia ke saath ek raath guzari hai, Dubai mein. Woh raath mere zindagi ke saabse haseen raath hai. Main usko khabi bhula nahin sakti. Aab uss raath ke waje se main Mr. Walia ko woh kushiyaan derahi hoon jo aap unhe nahin de paye. (Bani closed her eyes, this time feeling the hot sting of her fresh tears. Pia now standing directly behind Bani) Di…main aapse bohot pyaar karti hoon….

(**TASH** Everyone stood there shocked as Banis hand played out one tight slap across Pia face.)

B- Baas Pia, BAAS! Maargaye tumhari di, aur mujhe maara hai tumne. Tum toh mujhe di bulane ke haq ussi din kho diya tha jis din tumne JAI ko aapni girri hui nazroon se dheka. Itna bada dhoka, tum dono se? Maine toh yeh khabi aapne saapne mein bhi nahin soocha tha. Jis do insaan se main saab se zyada pyaar karti hoon, un dono hi mijue maar dega.

J- Bani…

B- NAHIN!...maat ligiyeh mere naam aapke ghandi zubaan se JAI…aare jo insaan meri izaat nahin karti, jiske maan mein mere liye koi chinta nahin hai, usse me kya izaat doon. Kya kya nahin kiya maine aap dono ke liye. Jis insaan ko tumne shaadi ke mandap paar chod diya that aaj uske paas bhag kaar aagayi ho. Tumhari yeh ek khadam ke liye mujhe kya kya nahin sehena pada. Pehele Jai ka gussa, unke nafrat, unke haar ek zulm. Uss ghaar mein mere jeena haram hogaya tha. Lekin phir bhi maine kuch bhi nahin kahaa kyun ke mere kushi se zyada ahemiyat maine tumhari kushiyaan ko diya. Aur yeh mila mujhe.

J- Bani…

B- Aap bhi mujhe dhoka diya. Maine aap ke liye kya kya nahin kiya. Aapke ghaar ko sambhala, aapko sambhala, aapke parivaar ko sambhala. Aap paar aapne aap se bhi zyada bharosa tha. Jaab mujhe laga ke aap mere maa ke kathil hai, taab bhi maine aapse behad pyaar kiya hai. Phir woh divorce..maine kya kuch nahin koya aap ke liye…

J- Haan, massi ne bataya ke tumne woh saab mujhe bachane ke liye kiya…mujhe paata hai ke tumne bohot kuch khoya hai…

B- Aare app kya jante hai, ke maine kya kya khoya hai. Aapke vajese maine aapni zindagi ek baar nahin do, do baad khoya hai. Pehele jaab aapne meri baachi mujhese chin liya aur dusri baar abhi.

J- Kya…mere vajese…baachi?

B- Haan, aapke vajese. Aapko bachate bachate maine aapni baachi khodiya tha. (Bani narrates the whole scene as to how she lost her baby, Jai looking at her in disbelief) Aapke jaan ko bachate bachate maine woh cheez khodiya hai jo mere liye iss duniya mein saab se khaas tha.

J- Lekin…tumne toh abortion…Doctor ne kahaan….

B- Nahin, it was a miscarriage. Aapne hatoon se, aapni baachi ko nahin maar sakti main. Lekin jis ke peth mein aapka baacha hai, usne pehele ek baar aapne baacha girachuke hai. Main aap dono ko khabi maaf nahin karsakti, khabi nahin.

(Bani turns around and is face to face with Pushkar, Rano, Aditya and Tarun)

B- Please…mujhe yahaan se jaana hai, main yahaan aur nahin ruk sakti, please. Koi mujhe yahaan se leh chalo.

Rano takes Bani by the shoulders and begins to walk to the car. Tarun, Aditya and Pushkar give a glance at Jai. With out so much as a single word, they follow Rano and Bani. Jai calls out to Bani but she dosent register his voice in the least. Everyone walks away from them leaving Jai and Pia all alone. Jai turns to her with fury and rage in his eyes. He grabs her by the shoulders and……………

Please comment on how it is. If you guys say so, only then will I continue…hope you liked…if not…no problem…im eagerly awaiting your responces…
