
What’s one of the most magical self-care rituals out there? Sound bowls. If you’ve ever been curious about those gorgeous, singing bowls that seem to instantly transport people to their zen place, you’re in the right spot.
I was curious, too. In 2024 I was attending a women’s retreat and for one hour we had a sound healer gift us with her amazing session. We laid on the ground, eyes closed, hearts open, and just listened. It took me like ten minutes to stop thinking about my to do list and to actually relax. But once I did, my body took over. I felt chills, I felt vibrations up through my legs into my gut, and I was a calmness that I very rarely feel - it was magical! Since then I’ve done a couple more sound bowl sessions and I absolutely love it. It’s much easier for me to relax with this than meditation alone. So that’s why I wanted to introduce it to you here today.
