😆...I am curious to know what is laapsi😕
Is it some sort of sweet or what?😳

Yup Laapsi is made of wheat heres he ingerdients:::

Laapsi (broken / burghul wheat) - 2 cups
Onion - 1
Ginger - small piece (finely chopped)
Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
Capsicums - 2 (cut into thin strips)
Carrot - 1 (cut into thin strips)
Tomatoes - 2
Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - tsp
Urad daal - tsp
Chilli powder - tsp
Hot water - to cook laapsi
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Hing (Asafoetida) - a pinch
Coriander leaves - to garnish

niyati gave shourya........khasta kachori, mirchi vade and ker ka achar.....this are very famous in rajasthan. Khasta kachori is a snack made from spice which r stuffed in flour balls and then fried....its a dry snack. Then mirchi vade is like bhajia's made from long chillies.....those thick one.....long chillies are dipped in chick pea flour paste and then fried. And last ker achar.........its a pickle made from ker fruit and very spicy.
