niyati gave shourya........khasta kachori, mirchi vade and ker ka achar.....this are very famous in rajasthan. Khasta kachori is a snack made from spice which r stuffed in flour balls and then fried....its a dry snack. Then mirchi vade is like bhajia's made from long chillies.....those thick one.....long chillies are dipped in chick pea flour paste and then fried. And last ker achar.........its a pickle made from ker fruit and very spicy.

lapsi is a typical sweet dish made in the guju and marvadi religion.......u might have noticed that when a guju or a marvadi family moves 2 a new home, they will make lappsi as the first thing.it is called "shukan".....lolz i just know this much, bcus my mom made it all the times we moved 2 a new home 😊
