Just read a PM for this post... Really really late... But when it comes to Shantanu, better late than never!
I dont think the TM really knows me, because Ive been away for a long while... but some people who might remember me, will obviously know how huge an admirer I am, of Shantanu Maheshwari, the guy who sprinkled life into Swayam Shekhawat.
As you said, Shantanu is the heart and soul of Swayam... I dont think any other actor, could have possibly potrayed Swayam's role as convincingly as him... Everyone knows, people like Swayam, dont exist in the real world, but Frankly speaking, its because of him, that a part of me believes that Yes, Someone like Swayam can exist! Imagine how realistic his acting is!!
Hardworking? Oh yeah! Definitely! The way he appreciates our appreciation which we shower on him through gifts, cards and comments is something rare to find... Yes, many stars do thank their fans, but I dont know how many of them do it from their heart... As for Shantanu, its evident in his small status updates and his interviews that he is touched to received so much of love from all over the world... And that indeed increases the amount of love and respect I have for him... And personally, its my observation, that whenever he promises to work hard (which he always does), it becomes so much more evident in his work. He pushes himself much more than what he would and the results are always fantastic!
Dance... well, Shantanu is a very good dancer, everyone knows that... But what separates him from the rest is how he puts his emotions into his dance... The way he improves on sections he knows he is not good at, the sporting spirit with which he takes criticism over his dance, the way he learns new things and widens his horizons... That not only gives Shantanu an edge but also his character... Swayam as a character, is probably one of those few characters in the show who have a shown a variety of dance forms... And that indeed is commendable!
About Shantanu, I can always go on and on... Its because of him, I started watching D3... I might get frustrated with some SwaRon tracks or the storyline at times, but he is the one reason which is like an anchor between me and the show...
