Excellent analysis.. Only one issue. These folks do not live in India. They are inhabitants of Ektaland where laws are very different.

For example,

1. You can get arrested because someone complaints you are trafficking bady parts. You are guilty until proven innocent.

2. A civil case gets a court date within 24 hrs. No lengthy legal process.

3. Every divorce case requires the parties to cohabitate for 6 months before divorce is granted.

4. Bail is granted and the case is never heard.. Soham and the Archu shooting...

I could go on and on.

Similarly, medical theory is very different as well.

1. You massage a patients feet to get them out of coma.

2. A doctor delivers 2 babies at one time without assistance

Etc etc etc...

For your own sanity, I would not expect logic in this instance either.

ahaha true that so much logic is not needed. but I think in India having a divorce and marrying several times isn't really well digested because of how sacred they hold the bond over there so maybe that has something to do with purvi breaking down at this. all I know is that they need to get Obie out of the way somehow or another to reunite ArVi.

but then again onir says ok I will tell purvi about us and what sense does it make if shalini is his legal wife and she knows that her husband married someone else?
