'I can go hungry, but not Mowgli'- Manav Gohil
I have an adorable Lhasa Apso who has been with me for five years now. I call him Mowgli.
Both Shweta and I agreed to this name after lots of discussion. I wanted a wild kind of a name, while she wanted a sophisticated one.
I ensure that he is well-taken care of, and we often take him to a pets' parlour.
As far as his food is concerned, I may skip breakfast, but I will make sure that Mowgli gets his meals on time.

Our maid looks after him when Shweta and I are busy shooting. He goes for regular walks and gets his shots on time.
When I return after a long day's work, Mowgli comes running to me. I have to attend to him even before I put my laptop on the table.
I like to believe that he greets me before he recognises Shweta when we return together. He's just like a little kid, innocent and adorable. His love is as pure as he is.
It is wonderful having Mowgli at home, he is such a great stress buster. His presence generates so many positive vibrations at home.
