besides, talking about implausibility, the entire movie was unbelievable..Some more...

1)How come there are only 5 men guarding the crown, and why wasnt the train stopped when the crown was stolen😕

2)What happens to the helicopter from which Aryan emerges??

3)How could Aryan metamorph from the statue getup into a cleaner, all in 5 minutes time(it wouldnt have taken more than 5 mins for Jai Dixit to alert Ali,after realizing that the theft was going to happen at the meseum)

4)AB Jr keeps harping on that a theif can be nabbed only when he steals, not before or after..then why does he go chasing the two thiefs on a helicopter AFTER they've stolen the coins..and besides, there was no solid proof either..It wasnt like Jai even saw the two thiefs there, all he got his hands on was the "A".....

Implausibility rife...The movie was watchable for Hrithik(fans and audience who leave their brains at home(like me) would enjoy it,intellectuals wouldnt),connoisseurs wouldnt rate the film highly!!

Don too can be like this:

1. While switching bodies, how doesn't he get caught?
2. How does someone walk across sumtin 100's of feet in the air, with a kid in his hand, and maybe some wind?

Okay people, we're not talking about characters or anything, but the storyline...

out of these, I saw Dhoom had a better one, cuz it was the continuation of the first. But Don, it says "The Chase Begins Again" but it has the same exact Storyline with minor changes.

What do you think?

Bumped for those who didn't read it, or understand it

1. Not Saying I liked the movie overall. It was horrible. Action was mest up and everything. But it had sort of a better story than Don. I like Dhoom better cuz of the story, and Don better cuz of the action and stuff. Atleast Dhoom indicated that there was gonna be sumtin new, and there actually was, unlike Don, where it say AGAIN, but same story.

2. No Chatacters. I Dun care about the characters and how they were used in this debate. Forget the acting, it dun matter who it was, where it was, when it was, or how it was. Maybe time does matter, but most Public prolly dun care, that much, about the time of events.

3. Practically, am saying one with a better storyline...better plot, and connection with title, regardless of Characters, etc.

Hope you get it now😊

I hated both movies.

Don: It should be retitled to "Don: A parody".

Dhoom 2: Who calls a theif "cool" in a professional presentation for the police? That too for such a stupid reason - marking every theft with a diagonal A. A Zorro-wannabe is supposed to be cool? 😕

Nowhere have I mentioned that Don was better than d2..I just pointed out some flipsides and egregiously ridiculous flaws of D2..Infact I never even made a choice between the two..

I'll now take a pick..I say D2...As Tanaz said, both movies were flawed,D2 was a mindless potboiler, but then who expected for a script, the script surely wasnt the USP,neither did the makers inveigh the audience into believing that its a pathbreaking cinema, they touted it to be a "paisa vasool movie",and it was just that.......Dhoom was watchable, courtsey Hrithik....Don on the other hand had a slightly better script,a readymade one at that.....SRK's acting left alot to be desired(and SRk looks somewhat overtly obsessed over the eponymous character, whereever he goes,he addresses himself as "Don" these days😕),the movie per se was a shoddily made one, they went on an overkill of slickness and the movie was too gizmo savvy, sans a soul and an emotional quotient to which the audience lap upto!!..and not to forget,Ash-Hrithik together make a much more gorgeous pair than SRk-Priyanka...

I can tell by the sigg how much you like don😆
How was it way different from the other one?? Please re-read the first post and the post on this page

not talking about the characters, locations, time of events, etc: but the STORYLINE...Don [new] wasn't at all different, in storyline, from the original one...maybe prolly some minor changes [have said this before]

Nowhere have I also mentioned you likinf Don better than D2😉
I too have pointed out some flaws in the movie.
and thank you: Don DOES have a ready made script...making it un-original...Dhoom on the other hand is fresh and new, unexpected, and suprising points. Atleast it creates suspence for people unlike Don, where many people have already seen the previous one.
