Hi everyone. I'm Shakti. Shakti Roy. No , Mrs. Shakti Raina My age...oh..don't ask that! Well , I'm happily married and I have to little kiddies. My husband...oh..don't ask about him! He's the best husband anyone can EVER get. And he's the MOST caring dad ever. I love him more than anything else. I can do anything for him...anything. Well , I'm here...to tell you a story. MY STORY. I'm sitting on a bench beside the park right now. You know what , I've lost EVERYTHING I had had. My kids , my husband everyone. I'm...I'm in depression right now. I might sound like a happy person , but I really amn't. Just before...you'll get to know about that later. I just wanna tell you all my story.

20th October 2012.
It was a beautiful day and the sun was just popping up into the sky. I was with my boyfriend Gagan Chopra. I...I love him so much. There's nothing that I have against him. He's cute , sweet , hot , sexy and awesome! We plan to tie the knot soon. I walked around the beach with Gagan, his arm in my arm. I rested my head on his shoulder and we just talked about all random stuff. Diwali was round the corner and I was all excited for it!
' Let's go and have breakfast?' asked Gagan looking at me. I smiled at him , my hair flying here and there. He looked really funny for some reason whenever he wore sunglasses!
'Sure' I replied.
We walked to the hotel where we staying and ordered an omelette and bread. I was pretty hungry so I had everything real quick!
Just as I was getting ready for an outing with Gagan , my phone started ringing.
Tring tring...it went on. I picked my phone up and saw that it was from an unknown number. I answered the call.
"Hello." I said.
"Hi! Is this Shakti Roy? " asked the caller.
"Yes". I replied.
" Oh good. I'm Nikhil Sinha , from Triangular Films Company. This is regarding my new show in which I'd want you to audition for the role of 'Sati' the main lead of the show. I'll tell you all the details about the show. Only if you could meet me?"
" Err...Okay! When and where do we meet then?"
" At Juhu beach? From there I'll take you to my office. There you can even meet my wife Sohanna. We'll be guiding you about how the show will go about."
"Ok , done. We'll meet tomorrow at ten in the morning."
"Thanks Shakti."
"Thank you for the call. " I said and cut the call.
I told Gagan about the call I just got. I pondered over the name 'SATI' . What type of a character will she be? Is the show a daily soap or a mytho? If it's a mytho , I'm not doing it , I thought. The answer to my questions was just 23 hours away. Mostly my answer for the offer would be NO. But still , I don't know what forced me to take up the meeting. I had never ever imagined that this would be the turning point of my life.
