Strangers

The leads of the English Play Anant and Srushti were sitting in a corner and memorizing their respective dialogues which they were supposed to memorize for their roles in the play. Srushti studied in the same standars as Anant did

In another corner of the room was Aarti, sitting nd chatting with her friends. She was playing a small role in the play.

"Let's start the practice" declared Mrs. Rashmi.

Everyone took their positions and the play started. Aarti sat back and watched the play, waiting for her scene.

"Srushti and Anant are great actors. Especially Srushti. She's really amazing. She's SO pretty too! She and Anant make a really good couple." Thought Aarti.

After a while, Aarti had to go for her scene. She played her role and came back. After that, there were a few more practices and then everyone was dismissed, Aarti, went out of the Drama room to collect her bag as she no one was allowed get their bags into the Drama room.

At that moment, Anant just paased by. She glanced at him once. Even he did. They had an eyelock for more than a second. This was the first time Anant saw Aarti.

Well, right now, Anant and Aarti are total strangers. They don't have any feelings for each other.
