I have been reading comments posted on this forum by the moral brigade, terming pre-marital sex between Arjun and Purvi a sin and the beautiful relationship they share incestuous. I am not going to engage in any bashing nor any defence of the duo for fear of hell breaking loose. I personally see a legitimate beautiful relationship between Arjun and Purvi, which simply cannot compete with the hypocritical requirements of Indian society, which endorses appearances and hollow family honour over happiness and love.

Everyone should have sex with their fiancees and then dump him the day of the wedding. If you get pregnant, then just swap the baby with whomever he is married to at that time. That is the pavitra way now. You guys are too old school. Who remains faithful to their spouses these days? Go eyeball your jeeju. It's time to get rid of these cave man attitudes of being faithful and respecting the sanctity of marriage.

realationship should ve strong basement vid love,trust,sacrifice which is said to b strong foundation of every relationship.,which is found b/w arvi and only dem😛

I loved your topic. I would say that Arjun, purvi and pari are the real pavitra rishta in this show. I think some people can't accept this truth and all they can do now is make nasty comments here and then go so far as to harrass the actors . First these people need to reform them self before acting as the moral police.

and as far as I have watched the show Arjun was very much married to Ovi , wasn't he?

Purvi is very much married to Onir too , LOL

she seems quite happy to be with him

See , pre marital sex is okay, I don't believe in marriage as well

but I can't come in terms with why they would have to have sex a night before their wedding

they couldn't wait a day LOL

and yeah there is nothing apavitra about not letting a mother mourn their child's death by giving her your love child with her husband 😆

Mannisha, I salute you for this topic. You are right in every aspect of it.

Arjun and purvi love, trust and respect each other and to me that is a strong base for a marriage and life long relationship.

Marriage is not a game, its serious business and what amazes me is that people continue to defend marriages that are based on deals and compromise rather than mutual love, trust and respect. How can anyone remain together in a loveless and unhappy marriage just because two persons take the pheras and wear mangalsutra for the wrong reasons?

I would not even bother to respond to those who feel that an unwed girl should not bring her child into this world but get rid of it just for the sake of society's norms and traditions.
