Just thought of it- the parental generation of Qubool hai is totally messed up. Every1 except Dilshad should be ashamed of their behaviour at some level...however these hopeless generation of parents have given birth to such wonderful kids.
Asad- The responsible, angst ridden elder bro...who never shies away from responsibility of his siblings..be it najma, ayaan, nikhat or nuzhat...he is to them what rashid ideally should have been...the only responsibility that he shies away from is that of Zoya..and he has his reasons...he is the epitome of ideal...be it a son, bro or friend (to that backstabbing catđĄ)...we wait to see him turn into the ideal lover...
Najma- The adorable, sweetheart eldest daughter of Rashid...she so beautifully manages her elder brother and soon to be bhabhi's fiesty nature...she provides the perfect mix of stability and cheer the Khan Mansion needs..its male member being a little on the serious side...she is a superb friend to both Zoya and Dilshaad...and bridges the gap that could have formed between a son and a mother...as sons are not very good at being straightforward with their moms...
Ayaan- He is the example of what a good human being should be...inspite of the war between their families...he treats dilshaad with so much honour...and najma with so much love...Asad is his father figure...ayaan has such high moral standards that should actually put his parents to shame regarding their own behaviour...he is the one that inspires the great bond that these 5 siblings share inspite of the animosity...he is the glue that bonds them together...
Nikhat and Nuzhat- They are Ayaan's immediate support system...they honestly try to fill the void that Asad's absence creates in his life...Asad...inspite of not interacting with them as much as interacting with Ayaan, has formed a beautiful bond with them...to these sisters..Asad is like a canopy...who shields them although from a distance..even though they may not see their eldest brother so often...they are aware that Asad will lay his life for them if the need arises...
Apart from the kids of both the houses...there are two girls who deserve a special mention...
Humeira...its unbelievable that gaffur and raziya managed to create this epitome of selflessness..her love for Ayaan doesn't demand anything in return..she is sooo pure that anybody who tries to use her to get to their means doesn't even deserve to be called human...
Last but most definitely not the least...ZOYA...the love of Asad's life..she is his universe...he will have to accept it sooner or later...she is Ayaan's best friend...Najma's elder sister and Dilshaad's daughter...she is also her sister Humeira's confidante...she makes Asad see things he otherwise would not...feel things he refuses to feel...unknowingly will make ayaan and humeira realize their love for each other...will save nikhat's life by unmasking tanveer and imraan...for the Khan siblings..their eldest bhabhi is going to be the driving force in uniting them...she may find herself standing opposite Asad most of the time while trying to do so...and that is going to be the ultimate test of their love...
Hats off to 4 lions and Gul for giving us a set of such beautiful characters...
