In one article i read that many of the viewers inspired by the track going on and started YOGA and meditation, The parvati Ashtang yog track is very innovative and explained in detail about every aspect of Yoga. Many of us are like parvati's condition . We don't know what we are actually, what is our aim in life. That all can achieved by doing Meditation, Swadhyay and Yoga. Pls share your experiences here

I would have started but .. only if there would be one guru of mine😊
Because after the 3rd charan of Ashtang yog.. Blessings of Guru jee is needed badly. without his blessings you can't go to the upper charan. People go mad some times.. as they are showin parvati is feeling awkward and cries... she was parvati.. but we are normal humanbeing... Guru's absence may lead to unplesant situations.

Co-coincidentally when the Parvati ji track of Yoga was going on in DKDM, i also started learning yoga from a very nice teacher who comes in our area to teach. Since last year, my parents were going for yoga regularly and told me also to start it. But the idea of getting up at 5 30 in the morning, that too in winters didn't go well with me. But I started with Yoga this summers, and believe me, i regret at my decision of postponing it last winter.

Yoga relaxes and relieves ur body of all the tension and stress..my body feels very light and I am more active through out the day, even after getting up 5 30 every day! I actually wait for every morning..i have started to lose weight! :)

I would recommend you all to PLEASE go for yoga once..you will see the difference in your body and mind..it will spiritually elevate you!! 😃

I want to start it but I badly need you know who to be my guru. I would be happy if Adhiyogi becomes my guru. And showers and bestows his blessings on me.
