True, and even though the tension within the whole will they or won't they scenario is nice to watch, it has been applied countless times, and is almost a part of every Indian serial.

This maturity and acceptance of feelings is fresh. There story is so subtle that many do not grasp the beauty and the soul behind this story, because they are used to melodramatics, and in-your-face story lines and acting.

I can't even call this a fault but I guess there hasn't been twists and turns like the regular run of the mill shows? Like I always say, TRP does not equal to quality.

trp ke liye ...chaiye high voltage drama...pehle love...phir marriage..uske baad tragedy...yaar yeh toh common story hogayi jo ki har popular show ka hit formula ban gaya... but ..i guees apna SC is differnt ...i dnt expect from SC TEAM to do apply same formula...

ab samj mein trp low kyun hai...why most of d viewers finds it boring...infact some of d best dialogues i hav heard n any tv drama fiction show...

common guys d show is good ..i'm watching it from d 1st epi...n its going awesome righ now..
trp toh badna hi hoga...

I think the Indian audience relies on escapism too much. Look at the kind of films in the recent years which have gone on to become blockbusters. Not much in the story but mindless comedy & action!

Indeed, Saraswatichandra is a unique show. And because of it's uniqueness, I find that a lot of people are not able to understand that it's not slow, it's, as you stated, a soulful journey. It will take time, definitely. 😳

It will get its deserved time. Slow & steady wins the race :))

But this part is usually boring for trp viewers, I guess

But I am loving the show, as are most of us on the forum

TRPs will keep fluctuating, as long the quality of this show is maintained, I am in!

If the quality is manipulated for TRPs then this show wasn't the difference Indian television was waiting for. We just need to be patient :)

Considering saras and kumud, i am sure its gonna be different, i hope the writers make it. Since their confession is gonna happen, at the time of their seperation, i hope it will have more intensity. Trps have always grown up whenever there has been a romantic quotient between the leads. Lets hope we have romance and high trps in store for us.

I think post confession there will be a good amount of romance till tragedy strikes. It's something we will need to hang on to when they do seperate :(

The intensity will be on a whole new level once Kumud is married off </3

Agree. People don't seem to want to see the depth behind the scenes and how they're shape. This might sound judgemental but the TRP audience seem to take in the 'dumbed-down' scenes better where everything is in your face.
