My cousin invited me to his friends party and I got smashed and vomited on their couch

Next thing I know they hounding me for 400 for the couch cleaning . I said sure then I didn't pay

My cousin payed them thinking I'd pay him. . I was gonna but I felt he was being bamboozled

Am I in the right or wrong ?
