@Queen 22 thats an excellent point uv made abt under-cooked food vs- under-flavoured food!
infact it holds true! 1 would always favour a lesser flavoured dish over an under cooked or a burnt dish!
as an international viewer and non veg myself iv watched alot of western cooking reality shows as masterchef us and austrailia, hells kitchen etc... 1 thg all chefs on those shows advocate is that a dish that requires cooking MUST be cooked, if dish looks raw n uncooked then d chef dsnt even taste it!
sadly, MCI has fallen much below the standards ...

MC 3 i snot upto the standard of previous seasons
I dnt feel like watching a cooking show...almost all episodes are abt marketing, running, doing anythng 4 geting customers etc ...reminds me of roadies show
they have 2 concentrate n the dish of contestants...Its fun 2 watch sum twists are given n it...but n MC 3 everyweek dey are giving customer interaction round...as if it is "Who Markets Best" show
