Sorab Bedi finally RESPONDS to dating rumours with Malaika Arora after their COZY party video went viral

MTV Splitsvilla 16 fame Sorab Bedi has addressed the rumors circulating about his relationship with actress Malaika Arora. The speculation arose from viral photos and videos of the two at a recent event, where they were seen posing closely, hugging, and dancing together. The intimate interactions led to online discussions about their chemistry, with many users wondering if Sorab might be Malaika's new romantic interest.

Sorab has now cleared up that the gossips are without foundation and clarified that he has known Malaika for a number of years via the modeling scene.

Sorab Bedi reveals how he got to know Malaika

In an interview with Zoom Tv/Telly Talk India, Sorab Bedi shared his disappointment about the rumors regarding his relationship with Malaika Arora. He clarified that they are just friends and explained how they met.

Sorab mentioned that he met Malaika through his mentors, Delnaz Daruwala and Vahbiz Mehta, during his modeling days. He became part of the same social circle and started attending parties where Malaika was also present.

"Delnaz Daruwala and Vahbiz Mehta gave me a chance to walk the ramp during my modelling days. I became friends with them and started going out for parties. At one of the parties, I met Malaika (Arora) through my mentors. She is also a close friend of Delnaz and Vahbiz. Hence, Malaika and I became friends. There is nothing between us," he said.

Sorab addresses dating buzz

Regarding the online buzz about their video, Sorab said he was disappointed by how quickly people made assumptions.

The actor said, "People are talking several things about us. They should think twice before speaking about a girl. It could affect her mental state. Aisa karna nahin chahiye. (They shouldn't do it)."

Sorab also clarified that the video people were talking about wasn't from a recent event and that he's been part of the same friend group for years.

"I didn't party with them for the first time. I have been partying with Vahbiz, Delnaz and Malaika for many years. I earlier used to share pictures with Malaika, but at that time, I was not a known face. Now, I am a known face; hence, it is now being noticed by people," he shared.

Sorab's statement follows a viral video from Malaika's new restaurant's party. The clip showed them dancing and having fun, which sparked relationship rumors.

The reality star posted photos from the party on Instagram with Malaika and other guests, congratulating her on her new restaurant. He wrote a message to Malaika.

Meanwhile, Malaika's personal life often makes news. Recently, she was rumored to be with diamond merchant Harsh Mehta. These rumors started after they were seen together at a concert and other events.
