I don't think she was shocked, she just noticed him and the promo sound effect made it seem like she was shocked?

i feel sultan will turn negative soon. he is jealous . it wud be great if he turns negative. i will watch the shoe again as of now i m on written updates as didnt the wed episode where madhu goes to meet sultan
