As much I know:
Manasa in Bengal,
Ashoka in Gujrat,
Narmada river is also one daughter of Mahadev,
In Durga avater, Parvati has two daughters- Lakshmi and swaraswati.

Actually I have been meaning to ask a similar question. In Bengal Durga comes in October with 4 of her children, Kartikeya, Ganesha, Saraswati and Lakshmi. However in the serial Lakshmi is Vishnu's and Saraswati is Brahma's wife. How did Durga have these two daughters and when ?

I am not sure, sorry, I may be wrong.

Seeing the current track, where the stage seems set for Nahusha to be introduced, one thing I'm wondering...

Since the story about Asoka Sundari has no timeline about when she marries Nahusha, could it be that they'll show him be the ruler of the devas, go after Sachi, get cursed into becoming a snake, be that way for a yuga or more, finally get his form back after Yudhisthir answers his questions, and after he's liberated and back, then he marries Asoka Sundari.

It's the only way this makes any sense to me. Why would Parvati allow, much less encourage, her daughter to marry someone like Nahusha before he's done all that? Why would Mahadev encourage her to do tapasya for someone like Nahusha? What they might do is show her doing tapasya, giving the actress a break, do the Nahusha story, after he turns into a snake, go to other tracks, return to him during the dwapar yuga, get him back to normal, have him save Asoka, and finally marry her.

This way, it's more believable

She will be cursed during ganesh's head been cut by mahadev. She is worshiped in Gujarat during the month of chaitra. The story was told by my grandma. When ganesh will be put on guard duty by parvati, mahadev doesnt know that he is their son, but ashok sundari wud. But during the fight between them, ashok sundari wud become scared looking at mahadev's roudra roop and hide behind a bag of salt. And parvati comes to know of the mishap and all she curses ashok sundari.

Ashok sundari also takes birth in krishna avatar and marries grandson of krishna (sorry forgot the name). She does tapas and ask for boon to get a good husband, and she ends up saying the request trice, so god said tathastu thrice as well. hence she married the same guy 3 times, twice in dream and once in reality.

I don't
Her name was Okha.It is famous in Gujarat's Vrat Katha. The story is same as said by you.
Mata Parvati cursed her.

Ashoka Sundari's story also comes from the vrat-kathas of Gujarat. She was present at the time Ganesha was beheaded and she hid behind a sack of salt in fear, and was later pacified by her father. Hence, she is associated with salt, the ingredient without which life is unsavoury. She is often called Okha and salt is not purchased in the month of Chaitra in her memory. The local tale sounds very much like the story of Bana's daughter, Usha, who abducted Krishna's grandson, Anirudh. Bana, an asura, was a great devotee of Shiva. In deference to his wish for a child, Shiva gave him Okha, Usha or Ashoka Sundari.

Ashokasundari

Daughter of Goddess Parvathi, wife of Nahusha

Lord Shiva and his consort, Parvati, used to live on Mount Kailash. They meditated there and also they used to bless their devotees. They led a very happy and fruitful life.

6
One day Parvati made a special request to her consort, Shiva, to take her to a grove named Nandankanan.

7
'Definitely I will take you there,' promised Shiva. So they went together to that particular grove. All the trees in that grove were so beautiful. Parvati was extremely moved by their beauty. She asked her Lord, 'Please tell me if there is any tree that is more special than the rest. When I look at them, they all seem equally beautiful. But please tell me if there is one particular tree that is most special, or in some way different from the others.'

8
While she was saying these words, Parvati happened to be standing at the foot of one of the trees. Shiva said to her, 'The tree that you are now leaning against has something very special to offer.'

9
'What is that special thing?' asked Parvati.

10
'This particular tree is called Kalpataru,' said Shiva. 'Kalpa' means 'whatever you desire' and 'taru' means 'tree.' 'Whatever you wish for, you will immediately get from this tree.'

11
'My Lord, are you telling me the truth, or is this a fib?' asked Parvati.

12
'If you do not believe me, just ask the tree for something,' answered Shiva.

13
Parvati meditated for a few moments and then said, 'O tree, I want to have a most beautiful girl from you.' Immediately, a most beautiful young girl emerged from the tree. Parvati was so pleased and happy. She named the girl Ashokasundari.
