Ummm. As much as I wanted it to happen, it didn't. It's just one of Armaan's dreams where he meets a patient whose pregnant. He imagines getting married to her, getting her pregnant and also 5 children later. That siggy isn't there. He grows old and they have 5 children, she's still pregnant! 🤣
