12th April 2013 Case Discussion

A poor and helpless girl is lured by an agent who sells girls into a brothel. Nafisa, runs away with him and is sold to a lady for prostitution.

One man, who worked as labourer, visits her regularly and starts feeling for her. He wants to find out that how she entered into this world...
He talks to her and contacts her parents who live in Assam. He makes all the arrangements to free her from that place. He informs the police and also takes a loan to send Nafisa's family back to Assam.


Salute to this man...👏

A superb case. Seriously that man was a saviour in disguise for that girl. I salute that man seriously. An awesome man. Hats off to the girls family as well for accepting her back. If they didnt she would have had to go back to that hell once again.

I dont understand how innocent girls falls in the trap so easily..?? Of course, the age is the main factor but still...

Another thing: The same issue. When the parents cant feed the kids, they cant give them a secured future...then why to give them birth..?? One child is OK...

Most of the problems of India will vanish once people understand this thing. Poverty is the biggest curse to mankind and it has to be removed.

These girls need to understand not to go with any stranger. Nafisa was old enough to understand that but she still fell in that trap because she was poor and needed money. Nafisa could have escaped from that hell on her own even if she knew what was happening. People in India don't care about other whether they are in danger or have money or not only care about themselves forget about money that's the main problem. Once again i salute that men.

True. She was mature enough to understand. In newspapers also, I often come across news that a girl ran with a boy because he tempted her for marriage...!! Now, how can someone get tempted for marrying..?? Its not a chocolate that temptation arises...🤢

Girls should be sane enogh to understand.

Its not about temptation to marry but temptation for money which influences most girls. They think that if they marry those rich guys from City then maybe they will get rich too and all that 😡 Money can even make a poor person a murderer no one thinks beyond money in this world.

Hmm..may be. These kind of boys should be killed by the law. 10-15 years jail is not enough for them.

if a person stabbed a victim twice then the criminal should get mental shock 4 times

I think that's justice rather then hanging and giving them an easy death

True. They should be given slow and painful death.
