moms are never that busy in their lives to forget about their 8 old year kid.

But that you have raised the point, I will have to say, I have known people who pinned for a daughter and thought that was the best way daughter could be brought up. Well, I have a big problem with that. What do they mean by way to bring up a daughter... That's a clear discrimination.
My brother was never asked to help mom with cooking, why me then? My brother can ask for a glass of water from me but I can't , why? These are few things , society has still not gotten over with. And anyone who says otherwise and belongs to middle class Indian family, I would just not accept it.

Thanks for making this post. This was bothering me all day long . First I saw this episode on net and just now on TV.. On big screen it looked horrible. I just could not believe my own eyes that some one can go this extend just to prove something so stupid , some ones Mahanta . insulting motherhood every step of the way .very irresponsible thing to show .but HD does not tech us reality any way .

hmm... i am an Indian but feeling bad to say this is true, many see the tamasha but never comes forward to help with fear of taking the responsibility of consequences.. i wonot say all are like that

In some area (i donot want to mention the city name, as i am going to compare it with another incident) a girl was arounded by 12 boys and sexually harassed on road at 9 PM for nearly 45 minutes(please note the road is very much busy according to the news) but no one went to help her in that 45 minutes...

another incident in some other city, a husband and wife went to take some medicine in the midnight and husband saw a guy just raped a girl and was doing urine on her, (the area where this incident happen has very thin population that too in the midnight you can say no one will be there)
husband without caring that his wife is with him and what the guy can do to him and his wife.. he followed that guy and informed the police, at last they caught him after chasing for one hour.

I will say you will meet both kind of people in our society... Now whom you call Mahaan you have to decide, the guy who didnot care for his wife safety in the midnight and chased the guy as mad man or the people who thought that it is hard to save a girl from 12 boys(note they are just boys not even strong men)

I gave you general examples nothing related to HD, it is not just India but everywhere the incidences are happening, how many came forward to help others... just with the fear of consequences or other priorities or other responsibilities
