^Amar Akbar Anthony has probably been spoofed in numerous TV and award shows. Anybody remember MTV Fully Faltoo? It had spoofed Chak De India and Taare Zameen Par. Full-fledged, proper spoofs. There was another short-spoof programme on there called "The One-minute Movie".

Yeah, many many movies have been spoofed on tv. I thought the thread was about doing it on the big screen.

Along with DejaVu's Scary Movie suggestion, we can have Masala Movie and Romantic Movie. (a la Superhero and Disaster Movies)
