I think his statement about " main lead" got him in hot water!! Z got lots letters and disapproved of this Jody! He looked older in front of RP. They rush the Pakistan Track. They probably has different thing and romantic track in their mind but that did not worked out. Fans were too upset. This why we never got to see Noor and her father. , or we never saw what happen to Husna at Kibir place or how the relationship developed ? This is another reason I am not connected to Husna's character ! Once again half story and fans are hanging or waiting for explanation !!

more importantly--

indira shown uncomfortable when kabir comes near her.

so cvs changed it to--

husna worships kabir --but not loves him.

for husna-- kabir is khuda for her--but he is not her beloved.
