I think they first filmed this promo and then the two episodes without Anandi and then the episode that will be broadcast today, so it's normal they are uncomfortable with each other.

I imagine the set like this: "Sid meet Toral, Toral this is Sid, you're going to be a couple from now on. Now let's film the promo."

I hope they'll film a new promo when they are more comfortable with each other.
