When SLB makes his debut on TV, it is bound to raise expectations. But I tried to be practical and not have high hopes...it is a TV show after all, cannot match standards of a film. Whom was I kdding?? On monday 7.30 pm sharp, I sat in front of the TV to watch this show with a HUGEE bundle of expectations😆

Admittedly, the first two episodes I thought was okay. Good...but not great. A bit slow pace also.

But then Saras decided to write the letter and the show kicked into first gear😃 I loved Thu and Fri episodes. All through, I was thinking Kumud is a nice simple village girl with modern thinking. But yesterday during the video call, I discovered she is upright and straight-forward too. I loved the dialogue Jis se mera na koi rishta hai aur na hi hone wala hai...usse muje dekhne ka koi haq nai. Way to go girl👏 I also could not help but smile by the impact her words had on Saraswatichandra. Kumud is going to win the bet...woh zaroor aayega😳

Eagerly looking forward to the next week now.

Jennifer and Gautam have a great chemistry...waiting to see them in one frame.

Nisha: I don't think they will meet on monday. Wed tak to drag hoga...but then again I am ready to be surprised by SLB😳

Wow, superbly written Resham. You know I had the same emotions. Sanjay Leela Bhansali was bound to make an amazing show but I don't want it to end up stupidly like other shows. Chal baad ki baad mein dekhenge. For now I am really happy with how the show is turning out. The sets, actors, story are all fab. I am impressed by Saras' character. It is fabulously sketched and has so many aspects to it. I am surprised by Kumud's character because she didn't have that spark that Saras had in the promos. But in the show it was different, I love how she challenged him and showed that it was not okay how he rejected her. Hopefully she stays this way. For now we haven't really learned about any other character much so I won't say but I am happy with the performance.

exact same thoughts on both the characters. Saras was already established in the promos. He is being shown as a very layered personality...ek ek kar rang samne ayenge uske. On other hand, we didn't got to see Kumud very much in the promos. Initially, I thought the usual nice and simple bubbly girl...but was so happy by her reaction in video chat. I loved the way she challenged Saras.😳

Can't wait to see them together on-screen 😛

Arre comment kaise naa karti, meri Resham ne bulaya ho aur main naa aayu aisa toh ho hi nahi sakta. See that was my whole confusion of whether I should watch or not because aisi cute bubbly ladkiyan bahut baar dekhi hain so it wasn't new but from the first epi itself she was shown as a strong self willed girl who wouldn't be pressurized by anyone. Of course Saras was just great, what guy have we seen in a show that is so multi faceted that even does Pooja paath and is adventurist and successfully runs a business as well. At one point he seems like a normal rich boy and another time an adarsh beta to his mother come what may, then we see him as a business tycoon, but also as a caring human being. About the chemistry, I think when two good looking actors perform together sparks will fly ;)
