ans to ur kisstiin is Ratan pur gaaooo me well establish post office hai...as u can see the front view of that post office... with zawaaz horse n muchhoo wali uncle ...

As Kumud lives in a small village where there is only one Internet connection which is always done...I doubt that Kumud has a cell phone...it makes sense that he would write her a letter.

It fits with the old fashion ness and old school values of the show.
