Everything was beautifully decorated with flowers and lights, the palace looked breathtaking beautiful.

As it was the most awaited day of the marriage of the Yuvraj UdayVeer Singh of Jaigarh.

The reporters had gathered outside the Devgarh Palace to cath one glimpse of the Groom.

I will make my child ready today, said Rajmata to the other girls who were present in the room to make her ready for the wedding, she sat like a statue in front of the mirror when DS came forward to her and started to put jewelry and other accessories on her she didn't give any response, while the old lady cried, I never thought that I will have to do this my child, why didn't God take me instead of you, I was the one who tied your knot to him, this would never had happened, It was all my fault.

Its not your fault DS, whatever happened was my fate and I cannot change it. Don't cry Ds will you bid me bye like this, the old lady hugged her Grandchild for the last time, and cried in her embrace.

Both the brides were ready and the barat was in the way, the wedding was held at the Devgarh palace, piya and tina both were brought there. They sat with the other girls, tina seemed to be happy but piya was lost in her own world. She knew why her best friend was sad, she too felt really bad for her and her heart ached at the thought, but somehow she controlled herself.

"Barat a gai" , small children shouted and all the girls ran out to see, leaving the brides alone.

They came with a big bang, Band and Baja along they sat on their respective cars, which were beautifully decorated with flowers, it was a huge royal entry they came out of their cars and made way inside, while the others welcomed them with flower petals, flower petals were showered on them and the elders welcomed them with arti thal.

Karan's mother-in-law did his arti and lead him to the mandap, where he was to get married to tina. Uday's arti was done by komal, he smiled at her,

Uday: I trust you, I am happy you agreed to her.

Piya: cha ab 9-2-11 ho ja yahan say.

Uday: aise kaise abi hamri shart puri nai hui?

Piya: konsi shart?

Uday: yad hai' tum nay mjsay wada kia tha ki agr main tumhe jane dun to tum meri aik bat mano gi.

Piya: to abhi tuje sub bta dia na, hogai teri shart puri, ab nikal bahar.

Uday: PLeej!!

Piya: chal nikal, she pushed him out and closed the door.

Uday smiled and komal did his arti, the grooms were led to the respective mandaps, for the marriage ceremony, they settled down waiting for the brides.

Ascending down the stairs, their was a different kind of glow on her face, finally she will get what she wanted for a long time, she looked up to meet his gaze, which showed love only for her, their eyes met and they talked through eyes.

Brides were taken to the respective mandaps, the priest started to revise the mantra, and the marriage started'!!

Manyata's dupata was tied by the one in uday's neck, and brijraj was called to do the rasam of kanyadan. He felt an unknown bond with the girl, she resembled her daughter, for him it was his manyata who's kanyadan he was doing.

After that, uday was told to tie the mangalsutra in her neck and he was asked to put sindoor in her forehead by a gold coin.

Now it was turn for phera and the 7 vows which will tie them to each other forever.

The 7 Vows:

The priest asks them,

{ First phera / first vow } -

Pray to the God for pure and nourishing food and prosperity.

uday says:

"I pray & promise to god for a happy and prosper life ahead"

My beloved, our bond strengthens by your walking one step with me. You will offer me food and be helpful at all times. I will embrace you and provide for our welfare and happiness and also that of our children.

piya says:

I humbly comply to you, my lord. kindly bestow upon me the responsibility of the household, food and finance. I promise you that I shall carry out all responsibilities towards the welfare of the family and the children."

The priest asks them,

{ Second phera / second vow } -

the couple appeals to the gods to give them the mental, physical and spiritual strength to lead a healthy life.

uday says:

My beloved, now you have walked the second step with me. Fill me up with strength and courage so that together we can protect the household and the children.

piya says:

My lord, in your sorrows, I shall fill your heart with courage and strength. In your joys, I shall rejoice. I promise you that I will please you at all times with sweet words and take care of the family and the children. and you in turn shall love none other but me as your wife.

The priest asks them,

{ Third phera / third vow } -

Pray for preservation of wealth and prosperity in life.

uday says:

My beloved, now you have walked three steps with me. With your presence in my life, our wealth and prosperity are going to grow.I shall look upon all other woman as my sisters. We will educate our children and may their live long.

piya says:

My lord, I will love you with single minded devotion as my husband. I will treat all other men as my brothers. My devotion to you will be that of a pure wife. this is my commitment to you.

The priest asks them,

{ Fourth phera / fourth vow } -

The couple invokes the gods for joy and peace by mutual love and trust in all walks of life.

Uday says:

My beloved, it is a blessing that you have walked four steps with me. You're presence in my life has made it sacred and auspicious. May we be blessed with obedient and noble children and may they live long!

piya says:

My lord, I will enrich myself from head to toe with sandalwood paste and fragrance for you. I will serve you and please you in every possible way that I can.

The priest asks them,

{ Fifth round / fifth vow }

the couple appeals to the lords for the welfare of all living beings in this world and wish for virtuous, noble and heroic children.

uday says:

My beloved, now that you have walked five steps with me, you have adorned my life. May god bless you and may our loved ones live long and share in our prosperity.

piya says:

My lord, I will share your happiness and grief. With your love in my life, I will trust and honor you. I will fulfill all your wishes.

The priest asks them,

{ Sixth round / sixth vow } -

the couple asks the gods to give them a blissful life together.

uday says:

My beloved, you have filled my heart with happiness walking six steps with me. May you fill my heart with joy and peace at all times.

piya says:

My lord, in all righteous acts, in material prosperity, and in enjoyment of acts approved by the divine, I promise I will will stand by you.

The priest asks them,

{ Seventh phera / seventh vow } -

The couple prays for mutual understanding, loyalty and companionship.

uday says:

My beloved, as you have walked the seven steps with me, our love and friendship is now eternal. We have attained a spiritual union blessed by god. Now you are one with me and I offer my life to you. Our marriage will be forever!

piya says:

My lord, as per the laws of God and the sanctity of the holy scriptures, I am your wife now. Whatever promises we made, were made with a pure mind. We will be truthful to each other in all matters and We will love each other forever.

Taking the last vow they committed to be one forever!
