Anupamaa: Anu begins yet another new chapter as she steps into Mumbai

In tonight's Anupamaa episode, Ansh refuses to answer Prarthana's call, keeping his distance from her. At the Shah house, Leela urges everyone to eat the food she has served, but the family members decline. She then turns to Anupama, pointing out that no one is touching the meal.

Anupama Declares Her Plan to Take Pari and Ishani to Mumbai

At this point, Anupama reveals her decision, Pari and Ishani will accompany her to Mumbai. Pari immediately pushes back, saying she will stay and fight Raja's case instead of leaving. Paritosh firmly declares that Pari is not going anywhere.

Ishani also challenges Anupama's decision, asking how she could take such a big call without discussing it with her. She reminds everyone that she never said she wanted to leave, yet Anupama is forcing her to go. She, too, turns down the idea. Paritosh and Pakhi stand together in opposing the decision to send the girls to Mumbai.

Leela Questions Anupama’s Decision

Leela questions Anupama, telling her she can leave alone if she wants, but asks why she is dragging Ishani and Pari along. Anupama responds that she has already made up her mind. Pakhi argues that Pari is unsafe for Ishani and refuses to allow her daughter to go. Kinjal steps in, saying both girls can face any situation just like Anupama has always done. Still, Paritosh and Pakhi continue resisting. Leela asks Hasmuk for his opinion, but he says he cannot stop Anupama from spreading her wings. Even then, both Ishani and Pari insist they will not go to Mumbai.

Meanwhile, Rahi thinks of Mahi and worries about their strained situation. Khyati tries to comfort her, but Rahi says she wants to handle things by herself and prove she can be the ideal daughter-in-law. Khyati quietly feels sorry for her.

Family Divided as Anupama Stands Firm on Her Decision

Back at the Shah house, Anupama gives new shoes to Ishani and Pari and tells them to put them on because they will be leaving together. Leela comments that wearing new shoes will only hurt their feet. Anupama replies that she has band-aids ready and reminds Paritosh and Pakhi how they previously begged her to look after the girls.

Now that she is stepping up, she says they are suddenly objecting. Paritosh and Pakhi repeat that they can manage their daughters on their own. Anupama tells everyone to let her care for Pari and Ishani in her own style and asks the family to trust her. She ends the discussion by clearly stating that the girls will go with her, and warns that if they oppose her again, she will never come rushing to help them in the future.

Pari and Ishani insist that she cannot force them, but Anupama again asks them to wear their shoes. Ansh and Hasmuk show their support for Anupama. Kinjal requests the girls to believe in her judgment. Pakhi says she will go along, but Anupama refuses, saying only Pari and Ishani will accompany her. Even then, Pari sticks to her 'no'.

Ansh Updates Rahi; Raja Confronted by the Kotharis

Ansh decides he must inform Rahi about Anupama's choice. On the other side, Vasundhara takes Raja to task, asking him not to leave the house without her knowledge and demands to know where he went. Meeta questions him too, wondering if he met Pari or any of the Shahs. Mahi claims that Anupama must have called him to manipulate him. Meeta suspects he might have gone to the police. Raja, irritated, shouts that he neither visited Anupama nor Pari and says he will do as he pleases without answering to anyone.

Vasundhara questions him on why he is still defending Pari, especially after she slapped him. Raja explains that Pari only slapped him because she caught him with another girl. He warns the Kotharis to stay out of his matters. Vasundhara then tells Meeta to begin looking for a new girl for Raja so he can forget Pari. Rahi quietly says Raja won't be able to move on because his feelings for Pari are real. Parag scolds Rahi for speaking against Vasundhara and gives her a strict final warning.

Mahi Continues Stirring Trouble

Back at the Shah home, Leela again insists that Anupama is wrong in taking Ishani and Pari away. Anupama replies that a change of place will help them heal and move forward. Mahi continues to provoke Vasundhara against Rahi and Pari. Vasundhara says she is glad Anupama is taking the girls to Mumbai. Meeta expresses her worry about the divorce case, but Vasundhara confidently states that Pari will eventually agree to divorce Raja.

Rahi and Leela ask Anupama what her plan is if Pari and Ishani continue to refuse. Anupama calmly says a mother's determination is stronger than theirs, hinting she will make sure they go.

Precap for the Next Episode

In the precap, Anupama reaches Mumbai in a taxi along with Ishani and Pari. Her face lights up with excitement as she steps out, happy to return to the city once again.

As Ishani and Pari get down and look around, a fish-selling woman accidentally bumps into Pari. Irritated, Pari snaps at her, asking if she can’t see where she’s going. The moment the smell of fish hits her, Pari makes a comment about it, which angers the vendor and she confronts Pari.

Before things escalate, Anupama steps forward and tells Pari to apologise. The fish seller appreciates Anupama’s gesture.

Anupama then silently tells herself that she is beginning a new chapter from this very moment, praying to God to bless her fresh start.
