Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira plans ghoomar ceremony to heal the Poddar rift; Kajal stays distant

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhira meets Kajal and gently tries to persuade her to take back the complaint. After some hesitation, Kajal finally agrees to withdraw it. Abhira expresses her gratitude and tells Kajal that even though the decision must have been difficult, she still chose the fair path. She adds that now there is hope for the family to slowly heal. But Kajal shuts this down, saying that nothing in her life will become normal again because she no longer wishes for it. According to her, the Poddar family only knows how to belittle her.

Kajal Declares She No Longer Wants Normalcy

Abhira points out that Kajal is reacting out of pain, but Kajal snaps back, saying she isn't hurt anymore, she is awakened to the truth. She claims that in the Poddar household, her needs and her family have always been pushed to the last place. She accuses Kaveri of never taking her side, and says that this time she will not silently accept the insult. In her frustration, Kajal announces that she wants the family property to be divided. Armaan requests her to calm down, but she says Vidya's actions crushed her dignity.

Sanjay Supports Kajal’s Legal Right to a Share

Sanjay steps in and questions why everyone is surprised at Kajal's demand. He reminds them that daughters are legally entitled to an equal share in the family assets. He also mentions that when Madhav and Manoj failed to manage the business well, he took responsibility and helped the firm progress.

Armaan and Abhira Face Rejection from Both Sides

Both Abhira and Armaan try to convince Kajal to think again, but Kajal says her self-respect comes before everything. She clearly states that she doesn't care about anyone's opinion anymore. This leads to Kaveri losing her patience, and she bluntly tells Kajal a few hard truths. When Sanjay tries to defend Kajal, Kaveri shuts him down, saying she will speak to Kajal without interference.

Kaveri then reminds Kajal that the Bansal family enjoys comfort because of the Poddar firm, and that Krish would not have reached anywhere without the support he got from them. She strongly refuses to split the property. But Kajal stands firm and declares that she will even go to court if needed, because she wants the partition no matter what. Kaveri becomes furious hearing this.

Kiara and Tanya Clash Over Supporting Kajal

Armaan later tries one more time to talk to Kajal, but she refuses to engage with him. At the same time, Kaveri also stops speaking to Abhira, leaving her hurt. Meanwhile, Kiara questions Tanya for standing with Kajal during such a sensitive situation. Tanya says she is proud of Kajal for speaking up for herself, but Kiara says Tanya is choosing the wrong side. Elsewhere, Abhir tries to reason with Sanjay and Krish on Charu's behalf, but neither of them are ready to listen.

Vidya becomes upset with Armaan and Abhira, accusing them of not supporting her the way Tanya and Krish support Kajal. She speaks harshly about Kajal, leaving Armaan and Abhira heartbroken and overwhelmed by everything happening around them, from Vidya's disappointment to Kajal's demands.

Maira later approaches Kaveri to discuss the matter of the property division. Kaveri, who had been trying to stay strong, finally becomes emotional in front of her.

In the precap, Abhira decides to hold a ghoomar ceremony, hoping it will help reunite the Poddar family. Kaveri questions her choice, wondering why Abhira is planning a festive event when the house is already tense. Abhira calmly explains that the celebration will be filled with energy and will include everyone, asking Kaveri to trust her intentions. At that moment, Armaan and Maira arrive to hand something over to Kaveri, and Abhira reveals that it is Kaveri’s outfit for the function, requesting her full support for the plan.

Abhira then begins giving the ghoomar outfits to the rest of the family members, handing them to Vidya and Manisha as well. Later, she and Armaan go to Kajal’s room and ask her to open the door, letting her know they have brought her dress for the ceremony. Abhira gently requests Kajal to at least take a look at it.
