It had been 2 weeks now and viren was still in Mumbai for an important conference, even though they would video chat every day, virika both missed each other immensely. Valentines' day was approaching and both of them desperately wanted to be with the other, in each other company, in each other's embrace!
Jeevika was unhappy as it was going to be her second Valentines with Viren and he wasn't going to be there with her. It was 7:30 in the evening and Jeevika smiled knowing that viren would be free and that finally she could talk to him for the first time that day, only she knew how she spent the day without hearing his voice even once!
Jeevika: Virenji?...turn your webcam on! I can't see you!
Viren: One minute sweety!... close your eyes!
Jeevika was confused and did as he said! Viren could see her close her eyes and turned on his webcam
Viren: Ok open them now but slowly!
Jeevika opened her eyes slowly and was gobsmacked seeing the sight in front of her! Viren was sitting on the bed with hundreds of roses surrounding him, just as she was about to say something, she heard the door bell ring so she quickly went to open it and again was gobsmacked! There was a delivery for her, a massive bouquet of roses! She took it and went back to the room.
Jeevika: Virenji! How di...
Before she could finish she noticed a card on in the roses and she read it simultaneously viren read out what was on the card.
'Happy rose day Jeevika!'
Jeevika eyes welled up and she couldn't stop herself from crying in happiness!
Jeevika: Thank you Virenji and happy rose day to you too!
They both talked for ages, told each other how much they miss, love and wanted to be with each other. Until they both fell asleep while talking.
NEXT DAY- Propose day
Jeevika woke up and smiled remembering last night! And again a whole day passed with there being no communication between them, jeevika was getting restless and desperately wanted the clock to struck 7:30 so that she could talk to her love.
After a while, she called viren for a video chat and was again shocked by his sweet antics. Viren was standing and there were a few tea lights on the table giving the whole room a romantic feel. Viren told her to get the courier he had sent to her, and she did as she was told.
Jeevika: Virenji, why did you tell me not to open it?
Viren: You will find out now!...open it!
Jeevika opened the small box and found a beautiful diamond ring in it, when she looked up at the screen she saw viren on his knees
Viren: I have always wanted to propose to you properly so here goes!...Jeevika you are the best thing that has ever happened to me! Never in my life did I think that I would get such an amazing wife! I know that we are already married and I don't need to propose to you because you're already mine! Still! I love you Jeevika and will you be mine not just for this life but for every life to come?
Jeevika just nodded as she was unable to form words! He held out a ring and she took the ring in the box and put it on herself. And again they talked until the night settled in.

The next few days all ended up like this! Every day viren would surprise jeevika, on chocolate day he sent her a week's supply of her favourite chocolate. On Teddy Day, he sent her a massive teddy, almost the size of her that said 'I Love you' every time she hugged it. On promise day they spent ages promising each other, that they would always love each other and will always be there for each other. In other words, they relived their marriage by saying all their wedding vows once again. On kiss day, viren was really annoyed because it was kiss day and the one thing he wanted to do so badly was kiss his wife! Jeevika also secretly wanted the same thing but hid her emotions from viren because she knew that he would feel even more upset and angry with himself because he wasn't with her! Instead they both adjusted and spent the time thinking about their first kiss, in the little hut in the middle of the forest, jeevika would continuously blush and viren would continuously tease her. On Hug Day, again both wanted to be in each other's embrace but instead daydreamed about their first hug and unknowingly ended up hugging pillows!
Finally it was Valentines' day! Normally every couple are happy on this day but Virika were definitely not! Viren was fully busy on that day and could even talk to jeevika once! It was 9:00 and he finally reached his Mumbai home, he was tired and annoyed that he couldn't even talk to jeevika once to wish her. He opened the door with a dejected face only to be taken by surprise!
The whole house was decorated with flowers and candles and a beautiful fragrance filled the room! He went into the bedroom, to see rose petals in the shape of a heart on the bed. He was totally confused! who could have done this? he looked around to see if there were any clues, but unfortuantly no. He sighed, not knowing what to feel, should he feel happy to see the arrangements or sad that his love, jeevika, was not with him! As he was trying to look for an emotion to feel, he felt two petite hands snake around his waist, and the warmth of someone resting on his back. He was shocked, surprised, happy, confused all at the same time! without any furthur delay he turned around to see the figure he was dying to see for the past few weeks!
Viren: Jeevika? You're here?
Jeevika: who did you expect?
Viren: It's not like that! i mean you're here in mumbai?
Jeevika: what else could i have done! it's valentines day and i wanted to spend this special time with you! So i came! Simple!
Viren: Thanks! seriously i cant tell you how happy i am!
Viren hugged her tightly while jeevika tightened her grip on him and cherished the moment after weeks. after a while, she unwillingly pulled out of the hug and sent him away to change. He came out wearing a black shirt and jeans while she was wearing a black net sari with a silver blouse. They both had a romantic candle light dinner and finally it was the time they were both waiting for! They went to the bedroom and viren gripped her tightly around the waist.
