I use a soft mattress.

What kind of sheets do you use?
I use soft linen sheets. Do you need your eight hours of sleep or can you get by with power naps through the day? As actors, we are usually sleep deprived because of our work. Power naps help a lot. Is there one bed thing you carry with you everywhere?
No.
Do you keep your phone on silent mode when you sleep?
Yes.
Do you sleep with a light on at night?
No.
